It's really speechless. Very tough attitude. Really don't buy anything here. I said I bought it wrong, and he said he couldn't return it if he opened it. Where does that rule come from? Nobody does it. I don't know if I bought the wrong one until I open it. One by one to brainwash me, really don't buy things at myer!
Department store, with expensive prices, very beautiful clothes, you have to look for the offers. In November they decorate some beautiful Christmas windows, this one is from 2023
Amazingly large store with everything you can want. Great for letting kids roam in children's department. Great Xmas activities and lots for the family to do
I’m utterly disappointed with MYER Bourke St customer service. I had bought a branded T-shirt from Werribee Myer which I genuinely and honestly didn’t realise was on clearance. I bought the wrong size but never removed the tag and brought it Myer Bourke St if I could exchange for a smaller size or equivalent price item. I was told by a Team leader that I can’t exchange and I should have checked the terms and conditions before buying. This is not Myer’s problem. I ended up buying a new T-shirt and also brought the other T-shirt with me.
I’m buying from Myer for over 25 years but never ever imagined that their service going to be so bad. It left a biter taste and have decided to never shop again with them.
My teen daughter and friends recently spent a day in the city and had a ball. However their body sizes are different and therefore need to shop across a range of stores. In Myer they looked at Miss Shop. My daughter had successfully used onlien shopping with the TrueFit tool and knew her sizing fairly well. She headed to the Curve section after not seeing appropriate options ib Miss Shop. She was approached twice by different staff who told her that she should be in Miss Shop and that she did not need to shop in Curve.
My daughter does not feel comfortable wearing sleeveless shirts. She often needs a size 16+ and she is long in the torso.
Please Myer staff - be more inclusive to teens who are already feeling vulnerable about their bodies and assist them to find clothes that they can wear confidently and comfotably!
Myer staff Liat is great - she is so patient with my inquiries and gives me a lot of useful advice on curling my hair. The process to learn how to curl my natural straight and thick hair can be scary, but with her help and the curler she recommends, I feel more confident to do it and can enjoy it. Thank you Liat. Plus, I have noticed that she makes awaiting clients less stressful especially during Christmas shopping time, as she acknowledges clients waiting and very understanding.
The Myer window display was good but down on previous years, and I always lament the loss of the bargain basement and large food hall at the Lonsdale St end of the building.
They are sadly missed.
Don't shop online for delivery with Myer! Got message that item was delivered but I had no idea where it was!
Excellent.we loved the Myer Christmas windows.we went in to have Christmas photos for my grandson and the whole experience was magical! Customer service in the toy department was excellent too. I highly recommend visiting Myer Melbourne.
Helpful staff who seem to want you to get a deal. The store layout makes sense and it's always a nice temperature
Everybody loves Myers. So nice to see the Christmas decorations after the lockdown and have a coffee in Brunetti's on level 3. Fantastic!
A little overpriced, but most of the items are of good quality, and will last several seasons unlike cheaper retailers
Over $49 is free shipping, however, my cart is $56, it's still charging me the shipping fee. I tried on my phone and computer both happen the same. Called to the customer service today just now, the guy gave a doesn't care attitude, told me he never heard that issue before, i should try it 2 days later again.really not helping at all, and i'm not sure oes he know what is he doing️
Huge building! Fun to go on the top floor and check out the view, besides that everything is way to expensive, how Myer is still in business with these prices is beyond me.
Jennifer in the Myer Christmas food/gifts section on level 5 served me yesterday she had great customer service, was quick and efficient and had a great energy about her, she deserves a raise! Probably the best service I've ever had at Myer, thanks Jennifer!

Great range but get some staff back on the floor. I've been queuing 25mins and there are still 2 people on line. Super hard on the staff that are here being this busy
Poor customer service. Will shop elsewhere in future. Paid for an item on the 31 August and 5th November still no word or refund.
