Went to men’s department on sat 16th sep had the best customer service buying men’s pants for my husband. Julie was so helpful above and beyond and the young gentleman (did not catch his name) was also. Thanks for the experience certainly made my day. Denise

Whilst it is conveniently located and holds high value goods available, it is often difficult to find items that are available online, in store. Most brands do not display all their available products, and you oftentimes have to seek out multiple staff before they can find your sought product in storage, or in an alternate location from the brand's store.
Additionally, the layout can be disorientating as signs are not very clear, and floors often mix a variety of products.

Beautiful stores. Wonderful staff who pay attention to every detail. They make you feel special.

DAVITH, the sales person is amazing at Myer Lancôme store. Yesterday there was that Lancôme promotion going on and he literally convinced me and my friend bought $410 worth Lancôme products within 2 minutes. His marketing skills were so impressive. He even offered us hot beverages and free key tags. Myer I’m telling you he made the whole shopping experience to next level, this guy truly deserves a promotion.

Was served by Alex at the Chanel section and whilst despite being new, she was super friendly, approachable and overall was awesome chatting to!

Love shopping at this place, the fashion capital. The biggest shopping center where you can shop until you drop. There have most high end brands to medium range. Lots of restaurants and food courts where there are many type of food to choose from either dine in or take away. Always crowded mainly of weekends where parking is difficult. Try going on weekdays instead. Can spend the whole day shopping, eating and watching a movie. A very great place to spend a day with family.

Chsdstone never disappoints always has something going on with lots to see. A little disappointing to see people walking around with no masks on. But all in all a good shopping experience the trading hours help and even managed to get dinner.

Ordered a item for click and collect haven’t received any update if my order is ready to collect for almost a day now. I feel Amazon delivery or some other store would have been better/faster than Myers click and collect. Thanks Myer.

I went to Myers Chaddy on a busy Thursday night before lockdown started to fix an error made for an online order. I was helped by two employees who showed a lot of sympathy and kindness and with the utmost professionalism too. Mike and Ganidra (excuse my spelling) went above and beyond to help me fix an order which was not their fault at all. They assisted me throughout the whole process and made it easy for me despite being under pressure due to it being a busy night. I just want to commend them both for their hard work and professionalism at this job. It was late and I am sure they were tired but it didn’t affect their customer service in the slightest. I had the privilege of being helped by the two of them and am better overall for it. Thank you to them both for their kindness.

Good range of clothing and misc however customer service is literally none. Partner and I are walking around browsing and staff members standing around chit chatting and laughing where not a single staff offered any assistance or even offered a Hello can I help you? To make things worst, found some clothing and went to the counter to pay and stood there for 10 mins and there are staff walking up and down yet again nobody offered any assistance whatsoever. It was not a busy time too as there were barely any customers. Myer Chadstone needs to work on their customer service and attitude. Very dissapointing.

Loved the experience and customer service! I had two younger siblings with me which they act very immaturely and badly but the staffs were very kind and had played around and talked to them in a way that made them relax and calm down.been to many sections and had a look, trying to find the perfect clothing i could buy and staffs helped.while buying, the lady was very nice.she wasn’t blunt, she had very great communication skills and had the up and cheerful vibes! Would love to come back here again!

The lady who was Sandler section (unfortunately, couldn't remember the name) was so helpful and friendly in assisting us.
Though it was tiring evening it was pleasure at the end.

I loved my experience in Mac Store in Chadstone last week. The male sales associate was amazing and delivered a great customer service!

Fantastic service from the men's shoe department, the staff were really helpful and knew exactly what they were doing.

So baically, a worker threw a tantrum as i was trying to pay, and she was mis-gendering me and using the wrong pronouns even tho i told her my pronouns were wenny/wong.

I love to visit Myer at Chadstone, it has a super easy parking that takes you straight to Myer without walking around from shop to shop searching for it.

Visited Myer Chadstone after 8 years as was living interstate. Nothing much has changed.

The Lady who served at the Ladies' shoe section was very helpful. She didn't charge me 15 cents for the plastic bag.as I forgot to bring my own.

However there were no sales person at the Ladies coat section. Finally after choosing a coat it was a hard task to find an open counter to pay for the purchase!

Did find the item I wanted in the store, but the lady behind the counter was very helpful and directed me to where best to find it somewhere else.
