Myer Carpet Cleaning

Required a vacate clean of the carpets in our 2 bedroom apartment in Balaclava. Called at least a week before the date to schedule the carpet clean on a Saturday at 12 midday. At 12: 15pm no one had showed up. Tried calling but the phones are not manned at this time. It’s now 2: 30pm and still no word from them and no one has showed up to complete the job. Had to call in another company to do the job - Cheap as Chips - and they were able to complete the clean with less than an hours notice. Would not recommend these guys at all.

We were there cleaning all day from 10am - 5pm and had no reason to refuse your service. Would be happy to see your records detailing contact and arrival at the address.

My rug was not cleaned properly, dirt still coming out of it. I let them know and I was told they would see what they could do. But unfortunately they didn't get back to me. I've contacted them a few times now and nothing. It's a shame because their workers were really friendly, just not so great at cleaning carpet.

Peter was fantastic. On time, very knowledgeable and did a great job of cleaning a large couch. I would definitely recommend.

After previously having another company come and steam the carpets and do a poor job, we hired Myer Carpet cleaning to re-do an end of lease steam clean of 2 bedrooms carpet and flea treatment (as required in our lease). Edick was friendly, professional and did a great job at removing the pet hair and cleaning the carpets. I would highly recommend the team and will hire them again when we move next. Thank you Eddie!

REVIEW

I was seriously so doubtful that Myer (or anyone) could get the stains out of our gorgeous wool rug. We got it a year ago and of course, our dog had to throw up on it to show it who's boss. Then, the usual high traffic walk on it combined with a massive hot chocolate spill on it a week ago, causing us to book them in. I swore we'd never buy an expensive rug again as there was no way these stains were coming out.

I even asked a million questions over the phone when booking in, like 'what if the stains don't come out? ' and 'will there be issues afterwards if the cleaner says he can get the stains out but he doesn't, etc. I was assured it will be fine.

OUR RUG IS BRAND NEW AGAIN! Not a single sign of a stain ever being there. So stoked! Highly recommend MYER Cleaning

I highly recommend Myer Carpet Cleaning Services. We have been using them for a number of years for routine carpet cleans but more recently have had two emergency cleans - one to remove permanent blue marker stains and one for vomit stains. Eddie not only attended at short notice but pulled off a magic act and managed to clean the stains both times. He is professional, friendly and nothing is too much trouble! Very impressed and will be a loyal customer moving forward!
