They have a good selection of items that I want and need at standard myer prices and always have good sales on

Myer isn't really a store, it's a location for numerous other stores that really are not that cheap.

Saw a review about a guy named “Milead” so I listened to her and asked for a Milead to serve me. He was extremely helpful, kind, and handsome. Definitely going to back to him next time and would recommend.

No prices on items and staff give incorrect price. You go to check out and they say the price is more than told

Needed new suit pants urgently with a good leg length so I didn't need to get them altered the customer service I received was absolutely brilliant the staff went above and beyond

Milead was absolutely amazing at the perfume counter last week. I bought cologne for my 18 year old son. Milead gave me advice. Spent quality time with me to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend to my friends to visit him for unparalleled customer service.

There is enough here to find gifts, clothing and basics. But the range is still limited compared to larger Myer stores.

Myer offers a lot of different brands and options. Although I don't shop much from there due to comparatively higher prices, they are good, the staff and ambience is good. I do shop for my kids whenever I can. Plenty of parking very close to the Myer entrance.

I was at the fragrance counter waiting for assistance. Whilst trying to look at an item the two sales staff were chatting away to eachother ignoring me and then moved to the side out of my way continuing to ignore me and continued chatting. As I was about to leave a lovely lady approached me to offer assistance. She was so wonderful and went above and beyond to find the perfect fragrance I was purchasing as a gift. Thank you for turning this experience around. Unfortunately I forgot her name but she was a lovely Filipino lady. Thank you again.

Click and collect service is useless they state same day if ordered before 12, they emailed me 6 hours later to say my one item would be ready next day, shockingly understaffed during covid when people need work Myer are doing as little as they can to help their staff 2 people on a Saturday compared to kmart who have 6 staff in the carpark alone filling people's orders, now when I try to refund the item myer don't employ call centre agents or text service just call the store and let one of the two overworked staff in store deal with it! Covid has brought out the best in some people and companies Myer has shown it is one of the worst

Even though didn't find what my girlfriend wanted, such an amazing store with friendly staff asking if need help.

The bags of an African family were checked thoroughly although others shoppers were passing by without any check. I felt very sad for the kids of that family. The event is an example of racism. I will think twice before I come back to myer for shopping again.

Very good department store. Well stocked with a good range of products and labels. Easy to enter and exit plus easy to navigate around

I like Myers as it's has a good layout and everything looks good.
Have always found Myers overpriced for what it is a "upper market" items but can't get them cheaper elsewhere and same quality

Called and asked for an item to be put on hold, the staff member who helped me was absolutely lovely and helpful

Myer Fountain Gate is good if you know what you are looking for. A bit expensive but has a lot of different things.

Staff? What staff? And don't go to the wrong check out or you get "educated". Good range of somewhat over prices products.

I brought a perfume stronger with you, bottle was damage sold by Karen, they didn't believe that it was damaged and I'm not happy with their service, they are very arrogant and never listen properly. Don't recommend them and not satisfied with their service

We always go here every week. Staff are always accommodating and nice. They are very approachable and would help you find what you need.

Great service, lovely staff. Not a lot of stock though compared to other shopping centres such as south land and chadstone.
