UNPROFESSIONAL. I went there to refill an antidepressant prescription, and to get a referral to an specialist (psychiatrist) to help me get off this medication. The doctor said I don’t need an specialist and immediately wrote me a prescription of 5mg less of what I currently take, which outrageous as this meds cause lots of withdrawals - she dismissed my questions about possible side effects and I felt like she wanted to end the appointment asap saying I wont feel any withdrawals. So dangerous and unprofessional - my appointment lasted at most 10 mins before she kicked me out- hard to believe that person actually went through med school.

Doctors: fantastic.
Reception staff: above & beyond.
Parking: totally fine.
Website & booking system: absolutely horrendous.

My experience with Dr Judith Carman at this medical clinic was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff and promptly seen for my appointment. Dr. Carman was incredibly attentive, understanding, and patient with me, providing a comprehensive evaluation and a treatment plan tailored to my needs.

I had a great experience at myclinic south yarra with all the staff being kind and Dr Mustafa Ebrahimjee took time and explained everything to me, cant thank the team enough!

Not helpful. Refused to order a test I requested based on symptoms. Would not give me bulk billing advertised on website for chronic disease management

As many places, there is a lot to improve, but in overall I would recommend this clinic.
Most professionals are very knowledgeable.

I would suggest some extra training to the receptionists, but nothing too rough, I mean they are good.:)

(After seeing the horrendous disaster that is MyClinic PRAHRAN, it was nice seeing this team working well in south yarra.)

THE SO CALLED DR. NAME LINCOLN DINH IS AN INCOMPETENT FRAUDSTER. HE IS INEPT AND VERY DISMISSIVE AND GREEDY. HE RIPPED ME OFF. NOT FIT TO PRACTICE THERE. WAS WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I HAD TO SEE ANOTHER DR. ELSEWHERE WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL

Great clinic and doctors but just letting you all know it's NOT A bulk billing clinic anymore.

Absolutely awful experience with Dr Goldberg. I was given a pre-emptive script of a very long course of Penicillin and told I would be called with test results the following morning. The doctor never bothered to call me once test results came in and the receptionist staff refused to give me access to my test results for 5 entire days. Absolutely no empathy or remorse from the staff - blatant display of medical negligence.

Interesting combination of Amateur doctors and very bad service. It's a shame to call this place a Clinic. Don't spend your money and your time in MY CLINIC SOUTH YARRA

Useless to help just find other if you don't want to be disappointed and loosing money.

This is a great clinic. The doctors I have seen here have been professional and caring, and the reception staff are friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Terrible, didn't help at all. Said it was hayfever and to get common over the counter hayfever medication.

Dr Oksana nesterenko has been the best GP I’ve seen to date very professional and knowledgeable.she is so kind, caring and honest.always taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. I was grateful to find her Thank you very much dr. I highly recommend to become her patient

Update.

It’s quite difficult getting in touch with reception, I’ve had to call in twice now due to incorrect prescriptions issued or not receiving the script at all. Very inconvenient.

I've been visiting this Clinic since it opened as I used to live quite near and have continued to use their services even after moving as I've found it to be quite a well run practise. Reception has been helpful on numerous occasions plus having the pathology in the Clinic is convenient - it's also easy to book an appointment via the app and they are flexible with opening hours.

I have been seeing Dr Mustafa for 3 years and have been very happy with his care to date. He takes his time with his patients and his professional advice is much appreciated.
He has been proactive with regards to my health.
It is hard to find GP's that genuinely care for their patients these days.

The doctor orders me to do some blood tests, which must be fasting, they will be open until 9 am and people are late, terrible services

Dr Ei-Ch Chui was amazing! Was in a pinch looking for a last minute appointment and booked reluctantly (seeing as he had no reviews on here). Very happy I did! Highly recommend:)
