Kind of weird that there is no workshop there - my car was taken to Glen Iris (and returned), but I couldn’t fault the service.
Carlos and Gary did a fantastic job, professional and prompt. They also informed me about the previous alignment issue in my car and since the tyre replacement the problem has been solved. I would totally recommend their service.
I have had my car serviced here consistently for 2+ years and I know I am only ever going to have necessary work and parts recommended, they have been totally trustworthy every single time. They have given me accurate timelines about car pick-up and communicate well.

I rang to make an appointment for Chadstone but they weren’t answering their phone and customer service transferred me to Brandon Park so they could do it only to be told they can’t. Complained to get Chadstone to call me and their excuse is their busy and it can’t be helped. So I wasted an hour of my morning talking to people that can’t do their job properly and don’t care they are upsetting their customers and losing business! I don’t recommend going to MyCar unless you like bad service!
Very convenient. Just dropped my car there and went on shopping. Technicians called me and told me problems they found and provided options. Got a SMS notification when car ready for pick up.
Had a really good experience with the new my car valet drop off at Chadstone.so convenient, you get regular updates and staff were really helpful and friendly- esp guiding you how to get to the drop off area (chadstone hotel underground parking). Highly recommended.

They are Animals! They over pressured my Acc system during a re-gas and destroyed Condensor. They refused to repair and cover cost but happy to Charge me to fix their stuff up. They charged for an air filter that they did not install. They are rip-off mechanics. Avoid using them, poor workmanship, illegal billing. They will screw you.
Peter was totally amazing and helped me out immensely. Before heading away. I’m frantically trying to drive around and get things sorted. I was nervous as my car hadn’t been serviced in awhile and we’ll just didn’t sound too healthy…. Peter took the time and helped find me a booking (which he also did) which ended up being at Hartwell today. The guys at Hartwell were also super friendly and approachable. Thanks again will definitely be coming back!
Very unimpressed with mycar Chadstone’s experience. Had to bring my car back here after a part that was replaced during my December 2021 service was faulty. They fixed it free of charge as it was their fault, but I wasn’t given any additional compensation/hire car for losing my car for the past week. When I raised this with Kav, he mentioned that losing access to your car was normal in a service. What he failed to recognise is that I lost access to my car due to the incompetence of mycar Chadstone’s team during my 2021 service.
Very poor experience considering this was entirely their fault and would recommend finding a different place to service.
I had an 80,000km service and 4 new tyres on my Mazda a few weeks ago. Kav and the team looked after me and did a great job. Excellent value. Would definitely go back but unfortunately they are temporarily closed during new construction works at Chadstone.

Dropped into mycar Chadstone after my tyre pressure hazard warning came on. They were very helpful and obliging. Checked it out quickly and was back on the road within 30 minutes. Thankyou for your assistance. It was much appreciated.
Friendly service and even though it was nearly the end of the day were able to attend to my car
My battery failed within a few months after a brand new replacement for my car, contacted them on 21 April and Michael asked me to bring in the next day for an inspection. I then told it was an “easy fix”, but it did not resolve ANY issue (also took a full day to replace two battery terminal cap). I asked about it and Michael (knowingly wrong) claimed that MyCar don’t do autoelectrical and asked me to bring it to other autoelectricians for repair instead. In addition, Michael asked me to replace the remote key for $400 saying it is faulty (which was found to be functioning well by Mister Minit). Clearly their priorities show here. Few days later my car broke down in the middle of the highway due to his/team’s deliberate negligence. I am filing an official investigation via the formal channel. They offered no warranty to their service or workmanship after paying so much money, and ducked responsibility as a business, which potentially breached several laws.
