I am not too sure who i spoke to this morning but man, how awkward of an interaction i had.i ordered new tires last week and bought all 4 of them ($460) when i came in today in the morning to drop of my car, they said that they would be done by 9: 30am-10: 00am. “all good” i thought.as i was waiting around, they called me to inform me that i ordered the wrong size and that it would cost more to get the right size tires.i ask them if they had any other tires that would work with what i already paid for? To which they said no, like? Did i not just pay $460 to be told that y’all have no other tires for my 2007 ford focus? Be for real.i go back and just requested a refund because i did not have the time today.the person i spoke to was not giving “friendly and welcoming” it was as if he was not in the mood for interacting with people, which i understand to an extent.a smile and a “have a good day, i apologise for the inconvenience”
goes a long way instead of “the keys are in your car” babes

Friendly staff but I recommend you get a second opinion.

I had a screw in my tyre and brought the tyre over early in the morning. I was told the tyre will be repaired the same day and I can come collect the tyre at around five. The repairs were only meant to cost $39.00 which I thought was competitive enough to not do further research.

The screw was in the center of the tyre so I knew I had good chances of having it repaired and this was the first place I happened to find on Google.

When I left to collect my, what I believed to already be repaired, tyre, I received a phone call to inform me that the tyre cannot be fixed and needs replacing. Ironically, my tyre is meant to be self-sealing which I was told cannot be repaired and therefore I needed a replacement. The tyre would cost me $400 and only after asking further questions I was given alternative options for replacement although it seems strange to me to not suggest a cheaper replacement as alternative since it’s only the tyre that’s being replaced and not the entire wheel.

End of the story - I called the next mechanic I found and repaired the tyre for $30.00 the next day. Car is up and running for the last two weeks, no issues.

Needless to say that I will not be returning.

Took my car in for a service, 900$ later and my car was still not driving 100% so i took it back and they told me to take it to Ford. I asked why my engine light was still on and they said “ford can diagnose that for you”… Wouldn’t recommend servicing here expensive and not done properly.

Lost one of my wheel bolts and came into the shop. Josh was super helpful, he helped to source one bolt and installed it on the same day. Superb fast service from Josh! Thank you.

Josh is an absolute legend! 12/10 for friendliness & service! I dropped by needing my front indicator replaced. Josh fixed it for me then and there and didn’t charge me a cent! Not even for the new glob itself! I am extremely grateful to him - little things like this really brighten your week. I will be returning for all future servicing.

First time using these guys and was very impressed with their service and quality of work. The staff were all great and would like to give a great review to Josh who helped out with great pricing and service. My car will be going to here from now on.

Replaced all four tyres here. Peter is very friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

We needed an urgent fix for a flat tyre today. Went in almost thinking it will not be done right away. But our experience was fantastic. They were busy, but Gary made time for us and tyre was fixed and back on road in a couple of hours. Thank you so much guys

First time attending- Popped over there as my car battery died in the car park and Josh offered to help me (during his lunch break May I add) He had the battery tested and replaced in under 30 minutes! Talk about service! These guys come out tops! Amazing work gents! Thank you so much
