Fonda was amazing! The tyre my vehicle needed was not in stock: (Not only did Fonda track one down, he had it couriered over for same day tyre change service. Thank you Fonda and mycar Hartwell, love your service.

Been to MyCar Hartwell around 4 times now. They provide a comprehensive car check and provide excellent service. I have had few issues with my Toyota Estima and MyCar managed to provide solution for all the problems

Last minute tyre shopping and these guys were fantastic! After attending various competitors they could not supply the tyres I wanted, either out of stock or provided poor recommendations as alternatives. I should have come here first.

When I came to collect he was so kind and didn’t even charge me, made my day. So beautiful to experience kindness in this current market. Definitely would use them again. Popped in thismorning to get a tyre changed. The crew at mycar were quick and professional and managed to fit us in with no notice. I would highly recommend this place and will be returning there in the future.

I expected a warm & spontaneous welcome after reading all the 5-star comments. Rather the opposite occured. The reception bloke seem to suffer from a kind of frost- condition. Facial expression: unknown.
Vague communication over the phone that lead to misunderstanding. Had the constant feeling, every questioned asked was 1 too much. Didn't notice ANY attempt to 'win me over' as new customer. Don't see a reason to go back here. They did what they had to & thats it. No real sign of interest or being that little bit extra.

I've been taking my VW to mycar Hartwell for a couple of years now. Always easy to book in. Friendly and professional service. In addition to servicing, I've had my brakes and suspension repaired. The brakes started making an intermittent noise (after repair) and mycar hartwell re-did them under warranty at no cost. All good now!

Today my windscreen wipers stopped working. I spoke with Nick and he suggested to bring the car down to diagnose the issue. Within 5 minutes the guys had fixed the problem and I was on my way again. All at no cost. I can highly recommend mycar Hartwel. Thank guys! Much appreciated.

Needed new tyres in a hurry late on a Friday afternoon, and Nick from Hartwell mycar fitted me in first thing on Saturday morning. Great service and a great price too.

Absolutely brilliant - 10/10 for prompt and brilliant customer service
with a smile. This week I contacted mycar Tyre & Auto, Hartwell for help with charging a 'new' battery I had bought from the shop but which had gone completely dead over 6 months because the car was not used. I left the car with them (after RACV helped start the car) and they charged it at the shop overnight. I was happy to pay for the service but the manager said 'No Charge'! 10/10 for prompt and brilliant customer service with a smile! Thank you!
