I'm a regular customer and I'm booking my services here for years now. Today I asked for help because I wanted to remove my head unit in my Kluger but I couldn't figure it out myself. A friendly mechanic helped me for a good 15 minutes. He was patient and careful and eventually got the head unit off. I was very happy about their great customer service.

Legends helped me with a screw stuck in my tyre. Managed to squeeze me in before closing, then found the tyre wasn't punctured and wouldn't let me pay for their time in diagnosing and assessing. Thanks Rowville team!

Channa and Khalid provided exceptional service yesterday. I had a tyre puncture yesterday evening and went to mycar around 5.15 pm (15 mins before closing the store). They didn't hesitate, took my car, and took care of the tyre puncture. I highly recommend their service.

Owen was very friendly, quick (dropped off 2pm picked up the same time next day!) and fairly priced for my log book service (agreed on before the service and didn't push for anything extra afterwards) - also came with a 12 month road side assistance service which is very handy to have.

Trusty worthy garage who don't inflate prices or push for repairs, I got great pricing on my tires a few years ago by them too - can happily recommend

Even though they were extremely busy, they took the time to repair my tyre puncture, also reasonably priced.

I discovered at 445pm I had a screw lodged in my rear tyre. I panicked as I didn’t know which tyre shop would be willing to take a look at such late notice, especially so close to closing time. I took a punt and went to mycar stud park, and thankfully I did. The gentleman there quickly helped me and fixed my tyre. I’m very happy to recommend this shop to anyone. Top bloke and service.

Danny from MyCar Rowville went above and beyond to help me on Friday around 5pm. My Mazda Tribute broke down outside their shop and he came out and did all in his power to get me running again. Excellent service and such a great guy. Was able to drive home and organised a service. Thank you so much for your effort, you took the stress out of the situation.

My partner and I were on a road trip to NSW when my tyre popped early in the morning. We had a tow, spare tyre on but needed a repair. We ended up at Rowville mycar and the service was amazing, explained my situation and the guys there fixed the popped tyre straight away and put it back on. We were back in our way within 20 mins or so! Even better the tyre was under the mycar tyre warranty so no extra cost!

My daughter had a flat tire in a late Friday afternoon. Mycar has fixed it with less than 10 minutes to closing time, 4: 50 pm. It was an amazing service!
I will recommend anyone for a tyre and auto services.
