Amazing customer service! The team at Carrum Downs booked in straight away and repaired my tyre and even fitted it back to my car again. Outstanding customer service. 5 stars!

Booked in last week they rang and cancelled for being understaffed, got a call today as my cars booked in for tomorrow cancelling and shifting it another week ended up cancelling the whole service because we'll service is just not a priority to them. Why cancel the same person over an over doesn't make sence from a buisness point of view.

Martin was absolutely fantastic. Got my car in very fast service. Great customer service. 10 out of 10.

I came into store with a punctured tyre, I was greeted by Martin who was incredibly helpful and polite. He got my tyre and spare fixed promptly and at a reasonable cost. Very happy with the service.

Needed trailer tyre replaced, Martin & the team super helpfully. Replaced tyre on the spot ready to get back to work.

I took my punctured tyre in on Saturday and Marten had it repaired and I was on my way within half an hour. Fantastic service!

Overall a very pleasant experience. The service was super quick which I loved. Martin was very helpful and informative with any questions I had and he was very friendly in general.

I would give 0 stars if I could. My car died and I had it towed here, they charged $1200 to fix it after lying about doing the bare minimum of the essential service (they didn’t even change my oil?), my car died literally the day after picking it up. They made no mention of any pressing issues that would result in my engine not working, and I feel extremely let down that I paid $1200 for a car that ended up dying a day later.
I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

First time using mycar carrumdowns. Had best service and honest about my old tyres I had on my car. Got 4 new tyres same day. I will be using this place again thanks again mycar team.

Looking forward to my drive up to Sydney with peace of mind. Excellent and patient staff as they gave advice and waited for me to get my finances sorted! They also informred me that, my rego had expired the day before. I will definitely be going back there for my next servicing

Despite being short staffed and busy - Rob still went out of his way to make sure I had 4 brand new tyres on my ute within an hour. Professional and efficient, thanks Rob!

Horrible disgraceful customer service. Booked in weeks advance for 4 new tyres, had car for half day (not one hour as promised) then to be told we don’t have the tyres…. Will never use again

Great place to take your car they explained exactly what needed to be done and how much everything was going to cost. The boys were so friendly and made the whole experience a pleasant so will definitely be going back and highly recommended giving them a call when you need a trustworthy mechanic.

Fantastic service by Rob and the lads today, despite them being short staffed and swamped before a long weekend. They even stayed back to make sure the job was done.

Awesome. Had a manufacturer faulty part. No charge. Honest and got my car done. Matt was great always updating me. Price was good, but the service fantastic. Highly recommended

I had an amazing experience at MyCar today with the staff assisting me with a small issue with my headlights. They were enthusiastic and happy to help right then and there- no booking in for another day. Thanks to Hayden and the team for helping me out!

Had a great experience with a tyre puncture repair. It was clear I'd come to them at a very busy time but Henry was great at setting expectations and communicating, meanwhile Sam went above and beyond to get it done. Thanks Henry - and Sam, you're the best!
