I Took my 2021 Vw Tiguan to mycar Werribee as I noticed that my rear left tyre was wearing on the outside with only 32,000kms. I was served by Dean and from start to finish he was amazing, pointed out what was the cause of the premature wearing which ended up being an alignment issue. Dean was very informative and made sure I understood what the issue was and what needed to be done. After 1 1/2 hours my car was ready and I was on my way. Thank you Dean I couldn’t be more happier with your customer service and care for my car! 5 stars

Had to get a tyre fixed the day before a big holiday drive and they squeezed me in. Really appreciate it guys, tyre patch is holding up really well.

Great, quick and easy experience. Had a puncture and called these guys an hour and a half before closing and they happily said to come on by and drop the car off. Dealt with Daryl and it took about 20 minutes, enough time to go into the plaza and get some food and come back. Would definitely come back again in the future.

I took my BYD Atto 3 in for a 20,000 km service and for a 12 volt battery replacement as it wasn’t holding charge. BYD Dandenong had advised batteries were in stock and being replaced under warranty when I asked for replacement. When booking I asked them to get a battery in as My Car didn’t have any in stock. When collecting I was advised battery tested ok and the cause was a loose battery terminal. I had tightened with a socket so that wasn’t the problem. (If you put the multi meter leads directly onto a 12 volt battery terminals and it shows 4 volts then there are battery issues). I then asked to purchase a battery myself but was advised they don’t stock them. I drove the vehicle home (4 hour trip) and yesterday the vehicle died again due to the 12 volt battery again testing 4 volts with the multi meter. The 12 volt battery won’t accept charge so the vehicle is dead. I’d buy a battery locally but only the BYD battery had the lugs on the bottom to hold it in position. Needless to say I won’t be getting the car serviced by My Car in Werribee again.

Had a flat tyre went in with no booking but was accommodated on my request. Repaired in no time. Happy with the service.

Had a logbook service done, picked up car and they tried to upsale me for another $2000 worth of work! Said my tyres were rubbing on guards.wrong, said had wrong size tyres on the car.wrong, said washer bottle was leaking.wrong, and we're going to charge me $1500 to replace shocks! Avoid them! P.s, they advertise they do air con servicing.wrong!

Always have an excellent experience at MyCar in Werribee and today was no different, the team were extremely busy and I ask to pick up my car early and Dom could not have been more helpful, thanks Dom and the team it really helped having the car back early!

Dominic has been looking after my car at Werribee my car for years now and has always solved any issues that turn up on my vehicle. They have saved me me a lot of heartache from other mechanics which weren’t been honest and also a lot of money. I took my car in for a service and new tyres plus a wheel alignment. After the service was done, they quoted over $4500 in repairs that the car doesn’t need including some leaks. My dad and I both checked my car only a week ago for leaks after the tyre was punctured and there was no evidence of one. They even sprayed oil on my tyres to try and make it look like the leaks they quoted were there, yet my old tyres had not even a drop of anything on them. Literally scam artists, and I’m glad I know my car because surely this has happened to someone more gullible.

The team at mycar are honestly spectacular, by far the best mechanics in the area, Sam did a phenomenal job on fixing my mirror and bumper, and then guys at reception are always friendly and just honestly all over the best! Can't recommend enough!

Fit me in for a Tyre Puncture Repair through a very busy period and had the repair done within the hour, even had the fixed Tyre put back on the car for me when I came to collect it! Excellent service!

Needed my tires changed urgently today, had checked out 3 other places for affordable prices and we somehow ended up here. Staff was lovely and very nice to us, ended up getting booked in straight away and the car was ready for pick up like 45 mins later️
