A very professional and well run service. From the planning process to the actual driving experience, everything was smooth and stress free. Highly recommend.

Pick-up was nearly an hour late which resulted in us missing our flight. Renee was a great driver and the service from Rachel was fantastic. Not sure why the first driver didn't show up.

Customer service after the fact was very prompt and felt taken care of. Mistakes happen, but left happy with my experience with the MyBus team.

I had to postpone my intended arrival in Geelong, but that presented no problem for the staff at MyBus. Rescheduled and pick up and drop off went smoothly. Friendly helpful service is what you can expect from MyBus.

A very pleasant experience throughout. From the timely response to my email, Rachel from admin was polite and friendly when making my booking over the phone, through to Garry the driver being accomodating to a late flight arrival and providing a friendly and safe journey home for my daughters. Well done to all, great service.

Had to wait over 20 mins for the bus to arrive as admin staff told the driver the wrong pick up time. Their website states they will have you at the airport a minimum 1 hour 15 min before the flight but they now claim this is only a ‘guide’ after failing to adhere to their own policy

I had excellent service from MyBus to and from Avalon airport. Easily booked. I'll use it again.
