Pathetic service. This place better gets shut down. Visa is completely different story, fix your attitude first.

Short version: information seem to be pretty good, given with a very bad attitude.

Extended: I called and a lawyer replied to me saying he was with a client, we arranged for a phone call, given for free in exchange of a review.
He called me one hour in late. In the first things he asked "did you make us a review? "
me "I thought the arrangement was to have the consultation and then doing the review. Otherwise what can I review if we don't talk? "
he "because lot of people don't write us a review".

He asked me if my student visa is a diploma or something else. I said I don't know, he replied sarcastically "oh you're doing a course and you don't even know which kind it is, this is funny! " with a serious, scolding and annoyed voice.

He was speaking fast, with indian accent, and using technical, specific terms that I still don't know because I don't know about the field I'm asking information and if I knew I wouldn't probably need a lawyer consultation.

I tried asking several times if he could talk slowly and I found him impatient.
I tried letting him understand I'm not an english native speaker, my english level is not perfect but anyway higher than the average of the foreign people who live here. His attitude was rude and was making me feel uncomfortable because from his perspective the problem was only mine. This is a big lack of comprehension and human touch.

Then he said was too difficult for him at the phone to understand me and also because I was taking notes while he was speaking so he had to stop speaking waiting for me finishing writing.

I said that we can meet if he prefer, would be better also for me to understand him better, but anyway if he's doing this because I'm taking notes this won't change the fact I'll take notes also in a face to face meeting.

Anyway between his impatientness, bossiness, rudeness, neglectness and mind closure, I recognize he actually gave me some information in the end, that I barely had the time to write down, and he sent me a message with details for taking an appointment that I'm, of course at this point, not willing to take.

We received a very professional service. It was a complected matter of dependent visa application where primary applicant had less than 12 months student visa. Not only dependent's visa got approved but also primary applicant visa been extended for another 3 and half years.
"Action speaks louder than words"

Worst agent ever! He was no help and charged $50 to talk on the phone for 10 mins! Provided absolutely no information and I knew more about the visa than he did. Almost all agents do initial discussion free. So avoid these clowns at all cost!
