Ash is awesome at what he does and is a great fella too. I had a lot of neck and jaw pain and after only two sessions and completing the prescribed exercises, a lot of the pain and immobility has been resolved. I would definitely refer Ash to friends and family

Following years of intermittent back problems, it was suggested I make an appointment with Ash. After only 4 sessions (as well as following his daily stretching & exercise regime) my back is much better and subject to fewer spasms. If I feel my back starting to tighten, I perform a couple of the stretching exercises and quickly get back to normal.
I highly recommend Ash; he is extremely professional, thorough and competent in this field of therapy.

Ash has been helping me out with a TMJ (jaw) issue. He came highly recommended from an orthodontist in the area and I can see why. He is thorough in defining the issue and concise in explaining what's happened, his approach and the steps you need to take between sessions to get relief.
