Can't wait for this place to go out of business. All I have witnessed is Bad prices, dodgy practices and sub par stock hopefully shouldn't be to long! Avoid owner weird behaviour towards customers from what I've seen and heard

Absolutely delighted with the way the guys at Mytech were able to help out with our business emails and the upgrades to our computers. Very professional and affordable.

Same day service. Very happy with the response, welcoming and professional with a great price. Fixed my laptop same day, recovered my photos and gave it a good clean.

A+ Service. Walked into a fresh clean shop, was greeted nicely by the man on duty. He was very helpful assisted me with my query and then proceeded to fix my PC I dropped off.

When I came back he remembered me, had the PC fixed and working and ready for collection and even helped setup an internet dongle I had purchased.

These guys are so professional, very polite and done everything for me to make sure I was setup and working again.

So pleasant, prompt and professional to deal with. The price to repair our MacBook was also very reasonable.

I tried to get my $700 printer (which I bought from My Tech) problem with toner cart, issue fixed. Took it to the shop told me they could not do anything to help me was very dittingolded. They told me to speak to Brotber Sydney. So I spent hours on phone with no help. Finally after the 4th call to Brother they said to contact a Melbourne Serice Agent. Recommended Gene-Faxcomm Werribee was excellent and fixed it on a Saturday and provided me with 2 new toner cartridges at a good price. Grrh.

My old computer died - Eek! I popped in to MyTech in the village and Liam had me sorted with a brand new custom build and back online in record time. A huge thumbs up to Liam and Josh who not only built an awesome home entertainment system but also went above and beyond with after sales service and care. This is now my 'goto' shop for all my tech gear. I'm a very happy customer! (I should note, Liam was able to put together a system for me at a price a certain Sunshine store couldn't.)
Great value, great service - Brilliant!

Came in because my Beats speaker wouldn't work and I recieved the best customer service. He checked my charging plug and established there was a weak charge so I purchased a new lead and my speaker is working perfectly since! Really kind and friendly staff. 100% reccomend!

I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLACE AND I GAVE MY $1200 PERSONAL COMPUTER WHICH I BOUGHT FROM CENTRECOM SUNSHINE, TO THEM TO CHECK WHAT IS GOING WRONG WITH IT AS AN UNSPECIFIED ERROR WAS COMING UP AND THEY TOOK $40 AS A BOND WHICH WAS FULLY REFUNDABLE AS DISCUSSED WITH STAFF UPFRONT IN CLEAR WORDS AND HE WROTE IT ON TAX INVOICE.

OWNER CALLED ME AND SAID THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE ME $350 TO REPAIR MY PC TO INSTALL A WINDOW AND I SAID I WILL CHECK WITH CENTRECOM FROM WHERE I BOUGHT THIS PC SO THAT THEY CAN DO IN WARRANTY.

WHEN I WENT TO COLLECT MY PC THE OWNER SAID HE IS GOING KEEP MY $40 WHICH WAS FULLY REFUNDABLE AND LATER ON WHEN HE WAS AGGRESSIVE AND ARGUMENTATIVE HE THREW THE $40 ON MY FACE HITTING MY EYE BALL.

LATER ON CALLED ME AGAIN WHEN I WAS AT MY DOCTOR TO THREATEN ME

THIS KIND OF TREATMENT AND ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOR THEY DO WITH CLIENT WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND INAPPROPRIATE,
THIS IS PURELY MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.

WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING ANYONE TO GO TO THIS SHOP TO BUY ANY KIND OF SERVICE.

I don't deal or meet people like this owner and I don't fake stories like he does.
This is the first time I have visited this place,
And I have nothing personal to do.
I was just a regular customer to get my PC fixed.
Everything was smooth till he came out and start talking over me to not to refund the refundable money.

I don't have to and i never come to your store.
You are a cheater and I will strongly suggest everyone to stay away from this owner.

Now I will ask for full footage from court orders what and how you throw people's hard earned money on their faces and insult and abuse them, what you give that's what you get it back, when you take money from clients they give you in hand they don't throw on your face and your staff said last time you ask them to take deposit for no reason and it is fully refundable, I have clear hand written note by your staff on invoice.

I will ask for a investigation on your store as well.
As You put people's privacy on risk and humilite them for their own right.

Most important part is, when cross examination will happen in court by my barrister everything will come out.
I can take your pic and put it every where, like you did mine, you have no idea what have you done, you have been reported to police as well.

Very knowledgeable staff. Bought 2 phones and a modem off them. Prices are competitive to major shops.

Stated they could do the data recovery from my Samsung Galaxy Tablet. I had given them all the details that I wasn't able to unlock the screen. Knowing that I would have to factory reset it but, lose my data eg image's. I was told before taking it in& handing over $40 that the data could be recovered without unlocking/pin. Only after trusting them on their words, I was told that they could not retrieve the data. To come& collect it. In fact they did nothing but realise that the previous worker had given me false information. It would have been at least professional on their behalf if they refunded my $40 on collection!

Always really great. So hopeful. Especially since it's usually the owner that needs the help. Especially in my case. Computers with owner problems.

Matt fixed my laptop that wouldn't POST, I was quoted $300 elsewhere and MyTech did the job for $180. Would definitely recommend these guys, happy to support local businesses anytime.
