I am an online customer and have bought a wide range of goods from My Slice of Life. Coming from the meat trades and being an avid homebrewer, I am regularly looking for brew and sausage ingredients and MSL would have the best range of products around. From order to delivery is quick and I have not had any issues with quality or damage.

This is the best company that I’ve ever used for online shopping. I am just amazed about the efficiency of the customer service. Quick to respond with emails and have a great online Chat service. I was able to get a genuine product a lot cheaper than the original company had on offer and even with postage I still saved. I rate it 10 out of 10.

The MSoL team up at Wang' have been an absolute treasure to deal with. They got me setup with the Smoker I was after, provided me with the extra goods I needed - all fuss free. Importantly, they got everything to me within record time and during lockdown.

For those in Victoria - don't let the fact that they're in Wang' deter you. In my experience of recent, I had a much better experience dealing with this team than a couple of the well-knowns down here in Melb.

The after sales support has been bang on - helping me locate a cover for the smoker. I also tend to write too much, which can annoy some, and they were happy to reply to my dribble. Communication is key to Customer Server and the MSoL team have exactly that.

I never knew these guys existed until this month and quite frankly, I wish that I knew of them sooner. I'll continue to purchase my needed for-like goods from My Slice of Life and once I can travel up, I'll be visiting the Store to get that in-person experience and probably buy way too much; of which I'll need to explain to my wife haha.

I've ordered from this website on a number of occasions and found their service to be excellent. They have always dispatched my orders very promptly. My slice of life made a very minor mistake with my order. I contacted them and the problem was solved straight away. The new parcel came a two days later as they expressed it as a courtesy. 5 out of 5 from me
