My Puzzle House reviews
17 My son has an amazing time at My Puzzle House!
Amazing staff, equipment and overall great experience ️
All abilities play centre.
Reasonably priced entry and food. Fantastic staff and really welcoming, attentive to all kids. Variety of activities to suit all abilities. Sensory room. And the most amazing thing.the foam pit! Deep as hell and one way to lose your socks and phone!
We will be a regular now!
I can't rate my puzzle house highly enough. Normally, I don't like taking my daughter to play centres, but we have been twice in the last week.
Key points:
- all inclusive equipment
- the sensory room is amazing for my overstimulated toddler to reboot
This place would be wonderful if it was clean. The cleaning standards were one of the worst I've seen, won't be returning unfortunately
I honestly couldn’t speak more highly of MPH and the staff. The facilities are perfectly designed for children with additional needs and the staff are so caring and supportive, they are a godsend! I’d give them a million stars if I could!
Went with 4 of our mother's group. Great venue, clean, quiet, 15m Olds roamed easily without worrying they would be injured. Great find for a relaxing catch up with little ones.
Great indoor play/sensory facility for all young kids.
Very clean, lots of different activities and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
Such a wonderful experience the food was cheap and tasty the staff were friendly and well knowledgeable on all abilities that special needs children may have, all round a very fun day for my client and myself two thumbs up would highly recommend giving them a vist
Hail rain or shine, a great place for little kids to burn some energy. Spent an hour and half with the grandkids there no problem.
The people who work here are lovely. I really feel at home. I go there pretty frequently (especially over the last holidays) and it is lovely that they know my name and my son's name. I had given up on taking my son to playcentres before because they used to make me feel so stressed worrying where my son would go or what he would do.
My Puzzle House is on the smaller side which is great as it means I can keep an eye on my very active son at all times. It is one of the only places that I can take my son and feel like I can actually relax. Great swings and the foam pit is a lot of fun. It is a great place to go if you have a child with Autism. I'm afraid they will see me a lot.:)
I tend to buy a five pass now as I go regularly (and also it effectively makes each visit $14) rather than $16.50.
My son is also doing their dance and movement lessons. It is so exciting to find a place that accepts someone who is not focused and can't communicate and encourage them to keep trying (this is for the social movement class for kids who struggle with focus. They also offer other dance classes as well)
It is really really good. My son likes it because of the swings and the sensory room. I love it because it is a safe place for him to play.
My Puzzle House is fantastic!
My son in 18 months old and loved being able to swing, climb, jump and play!
It's much smaller than a standard play centre which I prefer as I can see almost everywhere from the cafe table and have to not worry where my boy is.
The space is also super clean and coffee is good!
My son enjoys himself everytime we go there. Such wonderful people who work there. And the sensory room is a great addition to a playcentre. And very tempted to jump into the foam pit.
My son went today and had a fantastic time. Great setup with lots of different activities to explore and lovely staff who were extremely accomodating and inclusive. Can't wait to go with him next time so I can check it out for myself. Thank you for making him feel so welcome and for your continued praise while he played and explored. He sure does love claps and from what Ive been told, there were plenty to go around so I'm sure you made his day So pleased we finally have a place to take our kiddies where they can just be themselves whilst having fun in a safe environment purpose built for their needs. Love what you have created. Thank you.
Such a great place to take your kids
My Puzzle House caters for all abilities such as those who have physical and mental disabilities. It's a great place for the parents to take part in the activities with their kids too!
I've never seen a kids center quite like this, so much thought has gone into designing the area to be a safe and fun place for kids to let loose.
They also also have at least one person on the floor to interact with the kids by either demonstrating different play equipment or making sure everyone is safe and having fun.
The age bracket really starts right in when your little one can walk up until the age of about 8-12 years depending on physical ability. Then again I'm 26 and enjoyed jumping in their foam pit and playing some trampoline basket ball with my 3 year old.so their really is no age limit.
The pricing is reasonable when you consider their equipment and overhead costs. Plus they make a great coffee.
Please do have a look for yourself and support this fantastic local business full of genuine passion.
Overpriced at $16.50 per 1+ year old. There are many more playcentres in the area that are more engaging at a far more reasonable cost. This price makes this an unrealistic option for most people, who would usually purchase food and drink in addition to the entry price. It also excludes a lot of sibling groups unless you're willing to pay $33+ as well as food and drink. I wouldn't return on this basis. A charge of around $5-8 would more adequately reflect what is on offer. There isn't much to do but at that price it would be worth a visit for a change of activity. On the positive, the staff were really efficient, friendly and skilled with the children and the concept is good.
We were absolutely delighted by our visit here today with our 9 month old! There were things to do for all ages and all abilities. The place features an indoor playground with a foam pit, slide, various swings, things to climb, tumble mats, mini trampoline, an activities/imaginative play corner, an incredible sensory room and even a sensory/fine motor wall. This is such a beautiful and safe space for all to play and develop. The staff are wonderful and are happy to play with your child while you have a coffee in the cafe. The venue is clean, safe, calm and welcoming. We will be making this a regular place to visit and definitely recommend it to anyone with young children!
