10 Booked a very green pool to be cleaned. A young lady Bec and her in training seeing eye dog came. Bec is a lovely person and offers advice and just gets the job done. Could not recommend her or My Pool shop in FTG high enough.

Fantastic friendly service; reported a pump failure on Wednesday morning; by Thursday afternoon Greg had reviewed the situation, sourced a new pump and installed and tested it. We also have a regular service which keeps our pool in tip top condition.
No matter the query, the service is fantastic, any problems solved, helpful with advice, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Great advice on my old "The Pool Cleaner" and purchased the new model. It performs wonderfully. Great advice also, when we recently had "Muddy Rain". Followed the advice and had my pool back to crystal clear in 24 hrs ready for Australia day BBQ Party.
