Avoid at all costs! Hired him to clean my pool in July 2021. Paid him 50% deposit upfront. He came a couple of times and made some progress but then completely ghosted. I've tried to contact him numerous times from multiple phone numbers and all attempts ignored. Finally (in December 2021!) he replied to my property manager with a text message saying that he will not be cleaning the pool as it's too old and needs too much work. That would've been fair enough if he had either told me that upfront before taking my money, or replied to my hundreds of missed calls in the 5 months interim. The worst service I have ever received, terrible communication, unethical.

Very difficult to get a hold of - doesn't return phone calls, and doesn't respond to all text messages.

Great people to deal with friendly and good prices. Recommended. Used to deal with Lincoin pool supplies but was ripped off and then verbally abused by Brad, so will never go back to them till he gets fired. That shouldn’t be too long, he’s a piece of work.

A great service - the team at My Pool Guy are both attentive, quick and very reasonably priced. I will be using them for everything pool-related in the future.

Used them for two years, noticing that something not right. Claimed to have replaced a pump to the pool, they didn't. We argued with the manager, we have photo proof that the pumps serial number was the same. The service technician was "found" to have listed the pump on the wrong customer. Looking back at invoices, there were items allegedly done, but apparently not. We cancelled our regular servicing with them, and amazingly they charged us again for a regular service as we needed to give them at least a months notice. If you want to be taken for a ride, use these guys. When they first opened they were excellent, ongoing they get sneaky.

Honest and reliable business. Have been using them for 3 years now. And wouldn't use anyone else.
