I bring my dogs here all the time! The staff are always happy to greet you and have a conversation which I love! Can tell they really enjoy their job!

I have been a loyal Best Friends customer, however an encounter with a rude staff member who decided to change the time of the last dog wash from 30 mins to 40 mins before closing has forced me to shop elsewhere. Contacted Petstock CS and have heard nothing since. Pretty poor.

They price matched an online price without any argument. They also helped me personally find what I needed. I would definitely go back

Always a great experience provided by the ever helpful & friendly team at Best Friends Pets. The stores well organised & stocked with everything you’re pet would ever need. I came & got my BlackHawk kibble, Advocate for dog treatment & some dried pig snouts. I was in & out without any issues & it was a busy weekend too. So Thank you girls. Keep up the Awesome work.

I always go here when we run out of cat litter. The supermarket is a rip off. I get 30 litres for $27. Best pet store and friendly people.
