Did not have any luck booking, multiple calls and requests made. No responses to call/email and decided to take business elsewhere but wasn’t happy with lacked response!

For $46.50 a head, you would expect the cook food to be “cooked” and hot and heated…but all the cooked food in the bay Marie was cold or Luke warm. I brought this to the attention of one of the waiters on the way out and he told me “we could not get in the fuel in today so that’s why the food was cold”…then you shouldn’t be serving this to customers… I also asked about the cheesy corn, he gave me 1/8th of a tray of frozen corn and cheese and said he couldn’t get the rest out as it was still frozen…
The Quality of the raw meats and seafood were average, but at least warm and safe enough to eat when cooked ourselves.
Anyway you never try, you never know. And I know I won’t be back.

A bit hit and miss, been here 3 times, first was amazing, second cold food in baemaries with no labels on anything. One kid running around picking up food from display with fingers.

First time here and i would say, not bad. Right in the centre of Kingsway (inside the cinema). Nice setting, quite spacious and lots of meats to choose from. Only thing i was not happy was it takes too long to cook, even though it’s already on high.

The worse Korea bbq I ever had. First they never change the burner plate so we eat all the black crust burned pieces risk of cancer Second the price they Facebook page is not Match when we paid the bill. The manager is use nonsense excuse to covered they mistake. So we didn’t eat much cause of the burner is all burnt and bad for our body. The meat is not fresh. I can 100% most will regret after have dinner there. Unless they really serious lots need improve. Also no Sevice. The money paid for is not worth it.
Trust me save your money to somewhere else better. Don’t throw your money into later regret it. People be honest don’t put fake reviews by putting in good reviews. Otherwise this restaurant never improves and isn’t great for they business and bad for customers waisted they money

Went there at 6.30 and there was heaps of empty tables. Told they couldn't seat us until 7.45pm because that's "when the session starts". Why have official sessions when you could just give each table a timer for 1.5h like EVERY OTHER KBBQ, instead of actively turning away customers. Terrible business model. Won't ever return here unless they change their silly session issue.

Awesome service. Clean and tidy. If you are looking to cater to a big family, then this is it. They have many varieties of korean dishes and its a buffet for a great price. Really enjoyed it, especially with my huge family.

Staff courteous and attentive. Salad is not fresh. Beef and chicken is tasty. Pork is not marinated and has the animal smell. Desert is only some fruits and very limited. If U like beef then eat all you can on beef will be fun and great value. Overall average experience.

They changed the grills recently and it's cooking much faster than before. There's also other new side dishes and mains to go along with the meats. Staff were attentive and nice too.

I've gone to a lot of all-you-can-eat KBBQs, but this one takes the cake.

Everything from the meat to the fruits is fresh, and the service is plentiful.

I'll be back in a heartbeat.

The food here is quite nice, however;
You only get a really small plate in which you can bbq your food. This was particularly annoying as we were a group of 4, it would have been alright for a couple.
My second issue was I hope only a problem the night we went, but it was incredibly loud. One table nearby were clearly celebrating something by drinking lots of soju and yelling really loudly, and the bar wasn't stopping them. We could barely hear what each other were saying, and mostly settled for sitting back in annoyed silence, or taking pain killers for headaches caused by the constant noise. Whilst I doubt most nights there'd be a table full of tipsy yelling people, the room does seem designed to reflex noise, so it might still be quite loud.
Personally, I can't see myself going back there.

Oh yes all you can eat.variety to choose for side dishes besides the meat section you can choose from. Worth the money if you like to eat ALOT!

So many things bad with this place. The word Wagyu is loosely used, poor quality meat - my local Coles sells much better meat. The grill is for 2 but they assign 4 person to a grill. The heat is so low at its highest setting, you either eat steamed meat or if you want char on your meat, be prepared to eat dry and tasteless meat. I was half full from food at the Bain Marie by the time my meat was cooked. Trust me, save your money go to any restaurant on Kingsway with your $45 and you'll be much better off, you'll get some change for dessert and drinks too

Very disappointing. The menu board states there is fresh wagyu beef but the staff said they do not offer that anymore, so there is only one type of wagyu which is frozen. Very limited varieties and meat quality is not good, no pancakes, no cakes, no icy poles. The hot grill looks cool but is tiny and could hardly fit a long piece of meat on it unless we put it diagonally, we had to share one grill between 4 people. There are much better all you can eat kbbq you can go.

Food is average - the grill is terrible, dosent heat properly and the meat kinda cooks in its own juices, bit unpalatable

It's a great experience. Food is tasty especially the frozen meets. Considering the quality, the price is definitely resonable. I will definitely back again, this place is appropriate for those who are craving for BBQ and those who want a cozy night out with family and friends. Highly recommended.

Have tried, not my cup of tea to return. Meat portions were really good and a wide selection and tasty.
Buffet style let this restaurant down way too risky with covid, people touching and breathing on everything, signs were up to wear mask and gloves but too many didn't follow these rules. How did they pass OHS rules with extension leads across floors to trip over!
