My Mate's Pizza Shepparton

Our vegetarian pizza was horrible. The pizza place must be good as there were many happy customers when I went but the veg pizza is not good at all.

8 pizzas delivered on time. They were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble.
Highly recommended

Reasonable delivery via doordash. Got the 2 pizza and garlic bread deal.
Guess we should not have choose two same ish pizza cos they tasted identical other sauce.
Bbq chicken was good
Satay was a bit weird on favour, tasted like curry sauce from Macca's had been put on it.
Garlic bread heavy on cheese.

Chucked it in the bin. Waited over an hour for delivery and when it finally showed up it was cold. Cheese had gone hard and chewy. I was starving and I’m annoyed I wasted my money on a pizza that tasted like cardboard.

Don’t order it. I tried years ago and had an abrupt conversation with who ever was taking the order. It was phone. I do not go here due to that phone call. If busy can be very rude.

Cold, not cooked, guy stood talking to a neighbour for a good 20 mins before delivering. You could taste more having covid

Ordered a pizza at 4: 45pm wasn't delivered until 6: 26pm. Estimated delivery was 6: 05pm. If you want a pizza fast order it somewhere else.

Fast service with some friendly staff and the pizza I had was fantastic jam packed with flavors for a pizza

Takes like almost 2 hours to get a pizza delivered. First time and will never order pizza from here again.

Great pizza, just so over being told pizza will be ready at a certain time and then 20 or 30 minutes after that its ready. Tried delivery tonight as a last ditch attempt but its already 15 minutes late.

Waited 2 hours for 1 small pizza, I called they said they didn’t know what happened but the pizza was “sitting there”. Never ordering from here again.

I ordered a pizza from this shop and there had been a mix up with mine and another lady's pizza. The other lady left the store with my pizza and returned it stating that she was given the wrong pizza. The cashier then proceeded to charge me and hand me the pizza that she had just returned. I told him I would not accept second hand pizza in which he stated that he would make me a fresh one. After this he placed the old pizza on top of the oven. I waited around 5 minutes then I watched him grab the same pizza from the top of the oven and hand it to me pretending that it was a fresh pizza. At this point I decided to give up and throw my pizza in the bin. I shouldn't have been charged for a pizza that someone else had taken home and returned. I won't be returning here again.

We have been buying from My Mates Pizza all over Vic for very many years now and can say these guys are epic when it comes to taste, toppings sizing and customer service efforts. The price is unbeatable too. So worth a dip into My Mates Pizza.i would have to recommend this place, the service is always good and the meat is Halal

Bad service. Weeks ago i placed an order online. When I arrived I was waiting to be served, but they chose to take phone orders instead of serving me.
Again tonight, ordered through menulog, it said that my orders will be ready at 6: 04. I got there at 6: 15 and they still haven't prepared my orderes. Waited 20 mins there. Pizzas not sliced up properly (not the first time) Not happy.

Not happy! We waited an hour an half for delivery and we are local. When we received the pizzas they were cold so we rang to let them know they were gunna make them again and deliver they said it will be 45 mins well it's now 8pm and we had rang back at 530pm no HOT PIZZA. Sorry to say we will never get pizza from you again and won't give you a good rating. Very disappointed!

Almost absolutely delicious best pizza place in town hands down.
Staff are always so friendly and happy this is the place to go for a great pizza.
