Today, I went in to get a haircut with hair colour done and was ready to support local business. To my surprise, lady in shop refused to see me as they only deal with their regular clients. I was stunned to see there were no clients during peak hours on Saturday and how can any business have such policy of not having new clients at all. I asked her if I need to book an appointment to which she replied we don't see anyone else. Her behaviour was seriously ridiculous. Found her very unprofessional disrespectful and discriminating. Will never visit or recommend this place to anyone.
