My Feelings - Counselling

I never believed in therapy but I was drowning in depression for approximately 12 yrs and didnt know how to come out of it. But since i had sessions with Noa i have been free from depression for almost 3 months now.i am the free-est i have ever felt in more than 12 yrs.i am so greatful for Noa and her patience and proffesionalism.

Noa is a professional, knowledgeable and caring Psychologist. I found the sessions with her, insightful, thought provoking, soothing and very very helpful dealing with anxiety.
Her therapeutic use of Art and role play is amazing. I very much recommend.
