Jo and her husband came to measure the windows and then installed them. The communication was smooth and authentic, we got everything they promised, and more. The product quality was satisfying, they fitted everything perfectly including our massive windows and sliding doors!

We have been ordering rolling blinds for clients' apartments in the last a few years. Their price is reasonable and installation was quick. There was no quality issues.

My-Curtain in Springvale quoted blinds for my office/showroom and installed them within 3 days. The quality of the blinds is excellent, completely blocking out the direct afternoon Sun. Steph the consultant has been very helpful with selection of material and colour.

Very bad service. Installer not showing up on time twice. Unprofessional quoting staff. Not recommend at all. Be very careful deal with them.

This company is horrible. They came to install the fly screens, roller blinds and curtain rails for me Dec last year. Did the worst job a person could possibly imagine. The installer was 2 hours late while I was waiting in my car hoping he could come soon as it was almost time for me to pick up my son. There was no communication whatsoever to notify me he's late or anything. Kept calling the office and the office kept telling me he's coming soon. I went to pick up my son and he finally arrived over 2 hours later. I should've canceled the whole thing. It was just the start of the nightmare. The job the installer did was a disgrace of workmanship. There was 2 cm gap on the bottom of the fly screen doors which allows bugs to fly in freely. He left metal debris all over the place which is a few cms long and sharp. It was shocking. The roller blinds are not laser cut and scratches pretty much on each single one of them. It's like they're years old even tho they claim they're brand new. The curtain rails are not aligned and there were holes that weren't necessary. He drilled too deep and the insulation came out. He didn't clean up or anything left black marks and scratches on the ceilings. The whole thing was just a nightmare. I hired another company to install the new blinds and curtains. They did a perfect job which makes me even regret more for letting my curtain and blinds into my brand new dream house and damaged it. At last I asked them to pick up the blinds and curtain rails which I paid people to remove, they refused to do anything. They said they have nothing to do now. They are the worst company/ people I've ever come cross. So pls stay away from them cos their products and services are extremely low quality and they're not afraid of damaging your house.
