Don't bother to home deliver prescriptions when people are sick at home and can't get out - appalling lack of thought for the customer

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Staff and pharmacists are incredibly rude. The shop itself is so small and cluttered, I had trouble locating an item I wanted, asked the chemist who was standing nearby if she could help me find it. She actually had the audacity to tell me that she’s too busy and couldn’t help me. Maybe the shot should consider hiring more staff.

I went to this chemist 3 separate times. The first two times I gave the pharmacy staff the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they were just having a bad day or were stressed/busy due to the pandemic. The third and last time I was let down yet again. Incredibly rude and inconsiderate pharmacists. Do not go here if you appreciate any form of good customer service or need scripts filled.

Needed a covid test kit. Called and asked if in stock. 2 left. I got there within 15 mins or so and the lady had put it aside being the last one. Very genuine caring and supportive staff. Thank you

I usually get good service as it's my local chemist. But I am guessing two of the workers there were not having a good day. This doesn't mean you can ignore a customer if you are busy or finishing off with something. The woman at the register, I kindly greeted to get served. She said to me just go to middle register, I then waited for at like 3 min for her to serve me but she went back to what she was doing. Then some other lady came to register didn't even ask how I was going, she sighed and just served me. I didn't want to say anything but thought hey I might as well just put a review up. Let's hope this is just a one off service. You are lucky to have a job! A lot of us are suffering through this pandemic. Be kind and enjoy what you have.

No compassion for a disability. I asked the pharmacist a question and could not understand her answer as she was wearing a mask. As I am hearing impaired I asked her to remove her mask so I could understand her and read her lips. She refused. She was standing behind a protective clear screen and I was wearing a mask and I explained to her that I am hearing impaired and showed her my hearing aids and that I need to read her lips as I could not understand what she was saying and again she refused to remove her mask. I tried to explain that she is behind a protective screen and wearing her mask does not protect her, it is to protect me, and I am ok with her removing her mask so I can understand her, but she again refused to remove her mask. I found this humiliating and discriminatory. Being a pharmacist I would have thought she understands that wearing a mask does not protect you, it protects the person you are facing. Disgraceful discriminatory action from a Pharmacist

I was in the store and the man ahead of me had a hearing disability he asked for the person behind the plastic screen to remove her mask so he could read her lips she flat out refused to be helpful or understanding.discrimination like this is against the law and its not very nice to humans beings is it? I put all my items down and I walked out. Not a place I want to support.

I can't complain on the price, cheap. But had to wait a long time to be served despite being the only customer waiting at the dispensary counter and 5 staff members fluffing around.

It appears to be a large chemist but I've walked out disappointed more than once. Electric toothbrush? No. Vaporizer? No. Hypoallergenic cosmetics? No. Go down the street to Chemist Warehouse.
