My Chemist Reservoir

Lovely service from the pharmacist on site today. I had quite a few questions, to which she answered discreetly and very professional.

After waiting patiently for 25 minutes as the only customer, I asked the pharmacist if my script would be long. I was told they were busy with other scripts and I would need to wait.

How difficult it is it be courteous and advise me of this before I submit the script? One would assume it would take a few minutes if you were the only customer in store.

I went to Doncaster shopping town downstairs store Easter Saturday to purchase dermaid 1% cream.i was asked what medications I take, if I have high cholesterol, high blood pressure. Because I could not remember all medications she refused. I asked to see pharmacist, same thing I am 85 years old been a loyal customer for years you have now lost me.i have also gone to upstairs store and got it no problems

I stopped going to MY CHEMIST RESERVIOR you have to wait so long while the staff talk about there night out or there privet life! While you remain invisible.
I have never had such a bad experience with a chemist.
The staff treat you quite bad, you fell as if they're looking down at you even judged.there not helpful at all.
If you want a GRATE chemist that's Really do care try knight Owl on Gilbert Rd.

The help you get from staff is really good and that's why I keep going back to get things that will keep me healthy

Always fantastic service from the team but this week they went above and beyond. Currently in isolation and needed some medication and a thermometer and delivery. This request was out of their delivery day windows but the pharmacist took my order and said she would drop it off on her way home so I didn't have 2 wait another 2 days I couldn't even find enough words to thank the team.

Terrible terrible experience. The security is poorely behaved. Pointing fingers and speaking disrespectfully. Avoid this place by all means.

Security guard made me feel uncomfortable and the isles where extremely narrow making it impossible to manuver my childs pram through without knocking anything off the shelves. I can imagine this would make it hard for people with wheelchairs too!

Because of this i decided to just leave and not go further into the shop. Wont be back

Closed on Sundays even tho they continue to advertise they're open. Can't work in line with standard MyChemist hours, or at the very least, update their opening hours. Chemist Warehouse knows how to operate during Covid, go there instead.

What do you expect from a chemist? 1. To be able to get your scripts filled accurately. 2. To be given your repeats back for future use. 3. To have your script filled in a decent amount of time. 4. To get customer service that could be described as "ok". 5. To pay a reasonable price. I got none of these five things at My Chemist Reservoir. Do yourself a favour - avoid these jokers.

They have a wide range of beauty products that I like for dirt cheap and good purfume sales! You can get top brands for cheap in here compared to other chemists the only downside is the slow service at times they may be under staff?

Very rude staff, the lady at the counter had a bad attitude as if she was doing me a favour, I paid for it never asked for free! She seemed like a rude and arrogant person.

Very very very very slow service. I mean very very very slooow. Use some of the energy tablets you have for sale guys!

Was just in there 4.06 pm Sunday 2nd June to get my wife some Codral medicine called Codral relief. My wife wanted the syrup in a bottle. She said that there is no such thing and I ended up buying the wrong product under advice from the this assistant. Not sure why she refused to sell me what I needed. So I wasted $15. I guess they thought I was a junkie or something. If not that, why not be more helpful? Bad service, only go there if you are desperate.

Cheap prescriptions, I'll say that. Unfortunately it's a rather cramped shop, and while the service is usually friendly it's never fast.

TERRIBLE SERVICE ALWAYS GETTING MY MEDS WRONG OR MAKING ME WAIT MORE THAN 10 MINS EVEN AFTER I HAVE RANG THEM TO GET MY MEDS READY THEY SAY THEY ARE SHORT STAFFED AND ARE RUDE TO CUSTOMERS THE OWNER SHOULD HOW BADLY THIS MY CHEMIST IF RUN

Terrible service. Been there first time waited 5 mins. They already havin arguments with the other customers.
Ask for docs certified. We are busy you have to wait. After waiting. Got told we are not able to certify more then 3 pages because we are busy.

Their Services is excellent, if you have a rewards card with them it saves you heaps on medication and other stuff you reguarly buy for your home such things like toilet paper, hair care, make - up and home cleaning products.

We have more than one chemist in this locality but I always prefer My Chemist. The staff are super friendly and helpful and their prices are great. When a competitor has a sale on a particular item, My Chemist has always been prepared to 'price match'. A great chemist and a great part of our Edwardes St Reservoir community.

Have been buying products from them but not anymore. Went to get my documents certified, kept me waiting for 10 mins with only one customer in the store and then been told "sorry we don't certify more than 3 documents". Oh yes! Now they don't have a stamp, in addition to the first lame excuse. Worst customer experience so therefore, I'm not going to buy products and recommend this specific store. Better customer service training "Must" be provided to the staff. Shame!
