My Chemist Northland

Worse security guard.we been treated like a thief. Check my bag like we stealing somethings. Keep asking where we buy the stuff even we show them the receipt. Waste my time and keep checking my bag several times. Bad experience ever.

Only one girl was serving and I was the only one in line. Didn’t say a word to me other than “do you want a receipt? ”. If your job is that awful and you’re that miserable, please just stay at home or get a job that doesn’t require you to be on the frontline

MyChemist has recently relocated from being on the corner outside Kmart to be literally at the entrance near the bus stop.

Gave this place 3 stars because
1. The pharmacists was super friendly and helpful
2. Store looked amazing, really good flow
3. Really well stocked

But it lost 2 stars for the following:
1. Disappointingly, the floor staff were rude. Ignored customers completely who came in and never offered any help. Too busy chatting with each other and/or checking their phones.
When asked for assistance, received attitude from team members.

Store had so many team members working but staff weren’t interested in customers at all which is unfortunate.

The worst customer service. There were few staff standing at the counter talking, none of them interested while we are looking around near them. Asked a question, the blond haired girl answered very rude and unfriendly. She just ruined our christmas shopping day. We had some items to buy there, but decided not to buy any. Never go back again.

Suzzane was really helpful and took her time to show my indecisive self over 30 different scents. Greatly appreciate her patience!:)

Helpful staff. Amazing prices and beauty products. You can get everything you want in the one place.

Looking for something really quick and fast and get out but It's my first time to come here It's hard to get anyone to serve me. After 25 minutes to go around each selves at the end I found what I was looking for If there was someone serve me I will be out in 5sec seriously.

Disgusting staff I can say, I went there today, when I ask that lady she talked rude looks like they Are getting pay for only standing, You are hired to serve the People, if u can’t stay at your home Receptionist two girls

I have been going to My Chemist Northland since I moved to the area 11 years ago and I find the Pharmacy very knowledgeable and efficient. The staff are very friendly and I will continue to stay with this My Chemist as long as it's here. Linda is so very helpful in the pharmacy, she always has time for questions or concerns.

I received the best service ever from a chemist: My Chemist Northland! Linda has been absolutely amazing in helping us, she went out of her way and ensured my elderly dad got his essential medication delivered to his home! Linda was absolutely amazing and so friendly through the multiple phone calls! Thank you Linda!

This store never has prescription medication in stock. They are also constantly out of stock of baby formula. This is a completely useless waste of space at Northland. Almost always have to end up taking trips to Heidelberg or Coburg to get stuff. Get your store in order and order enough stock to justify being based in Northland

Worst customer service and I will definitely never go there. I will spread the message across too. Very unprofessional staff and does not know how to talk to a customer.

Very rude staff named Sonya, she's extremely condescending, and the manager couldn't care less. This is for sure the worst Chemist store ever.

Shove your 7 day return policy. A couple of weeks ago, I bought a pair of slippers for my 85 yo mother. When I went there on Wednesday, I realised that the plastic holder said size 9, but the slippers were size 11. I took them back today (with the receipt and the tags and holder still attached) and the "manager" refused, quoting their 7 day return policy. I told him that this policy is ridiculous and insisted that he give me a refund, which he did after my blood started boiling. Have these peanuts heard of consumer protection law? And it was their fault that the size on the plastic hanger was wrong. I won't be going back there again. Crooks.

Met eyes with employee over the counter as I walked it. They quickly looked back to the cardboard box they were pulling apart and ignored me as I walked closer and past them.

Very rude Vietnam pharmacist, they should teach her not to use her mobile while working not respectful at all, not going there again
