Very unprofessional, the staff has an attitude problem.will be contacting head office regarding the attitude.

Shop window clearly states open 7 days so headed there today - Sunday However on arrival shop closed and website states closed Sunday’s. Wished had of known before getting my mother organised for my chemist trip ohh dear!

Condesending staff that belittled me and treated me like I was wasting their time by asking a question.

Staff here seem to have an attitude problem. Don’t call here for general queries. They just laugh at you? They need to step up on their customer service. Better yet get an attitude adjustment.

Stopped by today (5/01) after my family doctor recommended Codral Day & Night for flu like symptoms including a sore throat. Got served by a rude female pharmacist that flatly refused and told me i needed paracetamol.
I've never been so humiliated in the confines of a pharmacy, a place where you should feel comfortable discussing health concerns and doctors recommendations would be honored.
I will never go back to this pharmacy and I urge you to do the same.

Poor service. Got a script filled for a new medication and no counselling was offered nor any questions even asked by the pharmacist. Very poor practice by the pharmacist.

. Worst customer service. I went there for the stat declaration and they told me to come after 1 hour when i went there they told we do not do it anymore. Why people like to waste their time. I went to the police station for the stat declaration and they told me they do not do it and refereed me to go to the chemist. But this place staff is so rude. Have never seen any one like this before.

I have been going to My Chemist Broadway since I was 12 years of age. Im now a mother of 2 children in my mid 30s and often take them there too. The staff are incredible and always make you feel welcome, are friendly, smiling and helpful. The staff treat each other like family and people feel that warmth coming into the pharmacy. I cant speak highly enough about all the staff who have worked there, since i first came in as a child to present day. Thank you.
