You need to stop employing people with limited knowledge and people skills. Train them with the right information/attitude so they can solve problems when the customers are not happy with the service! Milleniums are so entitled they think its ok to argue with the customers.
Try learning about what you are selling without an attitude.
Will never go to myChemist for the rest of my life.

Xmas morning gave my husband Gaultier aftershave with deodorant and moisturiser- cost $90 - the aftershave was broken and had been broken prior to purchase because the container was dry. Thanks for spoiling Xmas giving by not checking your product you pick up in your glass cabinets - shame on you all

If there was a 0 star option, that is what I would've selected. Came to this pharmacy a few days ago and received the worst possible customer service to exist. I was served by a brunette girl named Bahar at the register. She had me waiting there to be served whilst she was talking about her personal life and issues with other staff members. It truly shows how little they care for their customers, so unprofessional and rude. Even when she served me she showed little interest, did not ask how I was and was overall being extremely unwelcoming. I will definitely not come back here and I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here. Absolutely disgusting.

Manager is so rude.i took the wrong size of diapers for my baby girl a day before and next day she didn't change it and argued with me.worst customer service.

Rudest female staff here, don't care about being at work. All they do is gossip to their workmates and look at their phones behind the counter. Would give minus 5 stars if possible.

1. Staff not friendly.
2. Perfumes don't last long.
3. Their free scheme is a scam. They will sign your receipt saying that you can come later and then either the offer is expired or they still don't have the product.
4. For them their own make up is far more important than customer safety (THEY ARENOT USINGS MASKS)

The customer service is very poor especially at the dispensary area. The staff should help the customer more friendly

Had staff wearing Clear face shields without any masks covering nose & mouth underneath which isn't legal atm. Clear face shields protect individuals but not people around them, that's why masks are vital. I understand some people are medically exempt from masks but they should not be within 1.5 meters of others (which they were) and they should not be in direct contact with customers. Disappointing.

I hate asking staff for help (especially in fragrance section) in this particular pharmacy because the staff always have angry faces and never smile. They look like they can't be bothered. There is also a pharmacist by the name "Prince" who has zero customer service skills. I went to return a faulty product and he told me to wait because he was busy. He asked me to wait 20 minutes as if i don't have better things to do! That was very rude. He was rude and aggressive the entire time and i can't believe he asked me, a customer, to wait 20 minutes because he was 'busy'.

The customer service is very very very poor of This place! I went there today and wanted my documents to be attested/witnessed by one of the Pharmacist! I came across the pharmacist named
“ prince “ and I requested him for attesting the form.and what he replied my was that we don’t do attesting or witnessing over here but I told him like every other chemist warehouse/my chemist do
It in very place and the way he spoke with us that was really very very rude like we are the customers we don’t expect much but atleast the server should be polite atleast! So he said okay I’ll what I can do and told us to wait for 10-15 mins I said okay I literally waited for 25-30 mins and so and then he came and was like can I see your photo I’d for identification and I just gave him my student id as well as my drivers license but then he was like no I need your passport I can only do if you will have it I told him that every pharmacist accepts the student id and driver license and he was like na I can’t do it and he refused to serve me I was very upset as he wasted my half an hour and the way he spoke was very very very rudeee. Then I went to the chemist warehouse outside Broadmeadows central and the pharmacist over there was awl good with student id and drivers license and she just attested my docs with 2 mins me being waiting there! Thanks to them! But for “ prince “ the pharmacist, I want to lodge a formal complaint because of his racism and rudeness and refusing of attesting after even I had awl relevant documents!

Bad customer service by connie. Asked a question about a product she said she'll find out but waited for 5 minutes and then found her talking to another staff member and didnt bother coming to tell me about the product I overheard her conversation about personal things rather than the conversation about the products. Would never go in that pharmacy again

Returned a faulty hair treatment and they refused a refund, hello the product was faulty do you people know i was supposed to get a replacement or refund, bad service, not recommended

You can buy a big brand perfume in good price but they won’t last for even 15 min.
Never buy perfume from this place. Complete waste of money.
