My experience with My Byte was fantastic. Kayzo was knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. I could not fault him in the slightest. I’ll keep My Byte in mind for all my Apple needs from now on.

Katrina at the Chapel Store provided outstanding service in getting my older Mac 13” back on track. She went out of her way to problem solve when she could have just said too hard and pushed me onto a total upgrade. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

I was extremely happy dealing with Kayzo, who patiently worked through the problems I was having with my Macbook. I could tell he was a problem solver.

Katrina’s customer service is immaculate. Better than the Apple Store. Got both my AirPods which were experiencing issues sorted very quickly. I absolutely feel more at comfortable knowing I’ll be looked after as an Apple customer.

I booked for a Macbook enclosure damage repair under Apple Care+. I was served by Katrina who was very kind and transparent with the repair process. I ended up getting the Macbook repaired under warranty at no cost. Very satisfied with the service provided by Katrina.

Amazing service. I called in to book an appointment to try and get my 2015 iMac fixed (was messing around with it) Gazo fixed my problem over the phone. No words, can’t express how thankful I am as I stayed and surfed the web for all possible solutions. Gazo did it in less than 5 mins. Amazeful
