Just spoke with the receptionist not really rem been her name and totally not professional. I could feel the biasedness in her behaviour after I started to speak. Not willing to answer, really rude. And even before I could come complete the sentence, she said thankyou.

My experience at Body Vibes Carlton Clinic was disappointing. Despite making a appointment through DM, paying a deposit (they asked for deposit to secure my spot), and receiving confirmation, they said that they couldn’t find my booking upon my arrival at the day. Despite providing proof of deposit, they couldn't find my booking and informed me they couldn't proceed. Even my request for a consultation was denied which they said can’t be done today, while I booked in for THAT exact date and time.

Although they returned my deposit back, this lack of professionalism and inconvenience, especially after leaving work early and making time to go to the clinic left me frustrated. Improvement in organizational processes and better communication is essential for a more positive customer experience.

Grace was fabulous, she explained the ins and outs of the procedure and made me feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend:)
