I have used MV service in the past and I have to say it did not meet my expectation. High price for low quality service. Body corporate was not informed of change of ownership of the property so I had to also pay the late payment fee on top of the legal fee.

My wife and I have used their services over the years and we have never had a bad experience. Always kept up to date and any questions we had they are responsive and friendly. I have referred my friends and family for conveyancing and business matters and they all have had the same great service. I would recommend them.

To give this review perspective, I have been threatened three times with Defamation Litigation from Megan Vuong, between 13-27 Aug 2018, in sharing my experience using Megan Vuong in providing conveyancing service.

I took the review off after learning my rights (not from Megan Vuong) to complain to Vic Legal Services Board. The Legal Services Board I complained to chose to turn a blind eye to negligent conduct on full disclosure, lying, excessive intimidation, and abuse of power by Megan Vuong on those who ask questions and give trust too easily.

Bottom line - I was not given a copy of signed Cost Disclosure form to takeaway for reference. The fine print should be read, referred to, and understood which I was definitely robbed of the opportunity.

My complaint to Legal Services Board is compromised because I was put on a back-foot. The "independent" Legal Board, as I found out, is too arrogant to investigate liable conduct, and knowingly condones bad behaviour.

After my previous conveyancer had moved thought I would give MV lawyers a chance. Best decision I have made!

I have since returned every chance I get as each experience with Megan has been outstanding in all aspects. From the service, friendliness and most importantly the methodical and detailed approach, I couldn’t and wouldn’t change a thing.

I now recommend MV lawyers to any of my family and friends in need and each of them have come back to me with the same review - Best decision ever!
