Musical Minds

Musical Minds captured students' attention quickly, with it's quirky lyrics and seamless transitions between instruments. I highly recommended this program, it was extremely engaging for all students and teachers!

Highly recommend! Tanya is an incredible music and movement teacher. My child and I have gotten so much out of these classes. We have played with different instruments and sung so many songs, learnt some AUSLAN and moved to the music. My child is really blossoming in music skills from these classes. Very grateful to have found this music school!

Musical Minds is the highlight of both my daughter's and my week!
We've been doing a weekly class with Tanya all year, they are so much fun and full of variety, their program rotates through different themes and there is always a new instrument being introduced. The studio is spacious, comfortable, welcoming and a very friendly safe environment. Tanya is magical with the children, I am constantly impressed by how she manages captivate the attention of multiple toddlers! My daughter loves the mix of music, singing, playing instruments, dancing and free movement. Thank you Musical Minds team, you are the best!:)

Our child has come along leaps and bounds whilst taking these classes, and she loves going. She is more confident and has learned a great deal about tone, rhythm, and instruments. The classes are really well designed and also incorporate respect for country and first nations peoples, as well as signing and gesturing whilst making music. The educators are marvellous.

My toddler and I love these classes. We look forward to our Thursday mornings and always leave with huge smiles on our faces. I have tried a lot of early learning classes and this is by far the best! They are fun and non-patronising, and even the parents learn something (eg, auslan sign language.) Thanks Tanya and team! You're all amazing.

Tanya & her team are brilliant. I can't recommend highly enough! My daughter & I absolutely love the classes, we have been attending since she was 4 months old, and we look forward to it every week. From the integration of first nation and auslan into the class content, to receiving regular emails with the songs we sing in class so we can follow along at home, the program is nothing short of amazing. Thank you muscial minds! X

My son is toddle age and this is the second music school my son has participated in. Compared to the first school, my son has had the opportunity to explore musical instruments and learn the music syllable, tone and auslan sign. Andy is a good music teacher who knows how to guide my child to learn the music syllables/tone and encourage the kids to join in his music.

We are loving these classes! Thanks to Tanya, Andy and the team for creating such a magical place to learn - and such a lovely community to be a part of. The sessions provide much joy for my daughter and I, and we appreciate the weekly emails with links to the songs so that we can practice between classes!

I've been taking my daughter to Musical Minds for 1.5 years now and can't imagine going anywhere else. My daughter has been obsessed with Tanya since day dot and I totally see why. Tanya is such a warm, welcoming presence and is inclusive, kind and so brilliant with the kids. Her staff are similarly amazing. I would highly, highly recommend Musical Minds to anyone considering exposing their tiny humans to music.

Tanya and her team have created something really special with Musical Minds. My almost two year old absolutely loves attending the toddler class every week. Tanya is engaging, warm, patient and joyful, not to mention super talented with a stunning voice. She encourages connection with your child through song and play in a fun and supportive environment. We always leave with a huge smile on our face, ready to tackle the day. Highly recommend!

We love Musical Minds! My daughter started in the babies class at 4 months old. Now nearly 2, it has been so lovely to see her confidence and love for music build through these classes.

We love Musical Minds, the way they make music theory fun, the Auslan incorporated into their curriculum, and especially the way the kids look forward to the session each week. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Andy is such a supportive, inclusive, gentle and fun teacher. Music is clearly his passion and its hard not to get caught up in his energy. We love Musical Minds!

A huge hit with my daughter, Tanya’s classes are intimate, warm and wonderful. We end up singing the songs we learnt all week long. Cannot recommend it highly enough!
