Ilya helped release all the tight muscles and tension in my body which enables me to feel relaxed and take away pain as a result of those muscles. He takes me away on a zen journey and also explains the muscles and how they refer pain to other areas of the body. I definitely recommend Ilya if you have pain/tight muscles and want to feel relaxed.

Great experience with Ilya. This my second time doing my (I've done a LOT of other remedial massages) and I can say without a doubt that I have never felt more comfortable, informed and relaxed coming out of these sessions. Ilya has really helped my back, shoulder and neck pain due to knots and tight muscles. When I booked an appointment with Ilya I thought it was going to be one of those myotherapy/osteo clinics that's a hit or a miss, however, it's his own little place he runs independently with no help. Really the opposite of what I expected! The best way to describe it would be a chill safe space where you can relax and know that you are getting the help you need. Regarding Ilya as a practitioner, he is very professional, easy going, great vibes, dependable, and trustworthy. The last thing to add is relatively how affordable and cheap his sessions are. I am glad to finally found Ilya. He is one of the best myotherapist in this area. He is very professional and skilful in providing treatment on my tight muscles and joints issues. I would recommend any gym goers, weightlifters who usually suffering from tight muscles, soreness or joint pain to visit Ilya to get some soft tissue treatment on those tight muscles and improve range of motions for better recovery.

I feel quite lucky to have found Ilya who in one appointment sorted out my Psoas muscular strain that had been a niggling issue for some time. I had seen someone previously regarding this issue however was unable to benefit. I found Ilya to be warm, kind, honest, incredibly caring, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his services. Ilya is incredible! My face and half my left arm and hand were numb, I have multiple injuries in my neck that I still requite a neurosurgeon for but this amazing man, resolved my immediate concerns and helped return feeling in my face, arms and hands. I will be forever grateful, it only took two visits! I wish I still was in Melbourne to see him again but i'll happily drive the 5 hour trip should I ever need a myotherapist again. This is better than physio or chiro. Anyone reading this, don't look anywhere else, this is the guy you need!
