I have been seeing Joseph for over a year now, after having issues with my lower back and shoulder. Joseph has helped me alot to get my back and shoulder back in form for me to continue training. He has showed me exercises to do in order to prevent further injuries to my shoulder. Great guy, easy to get along with and very humble.
