Young has really helped me with my back pain and posture. She has great attention to detail, massages well and has provided me with a variety of easy exercises I can do at home. Although I see Young regularly, both therapists are very knowledgeable and fantastic at what they do.

Young is very good at her job and has given me knowledge on ways to protect my body with simple exercises that you can easily do at home. A couple of my work mates have gone to see her as I highly recommend her and Melissa. This is part of my self care to be able to look after myself as I work and I’m a mother to 5 children. It has taken a toll on my body over the year’s as my job is very physical but with Young never giving up on me and helping me with my pain on my back, shoulders, and arms I’m starting to get better. Appreciate the work and giving me hope that I will get better. Thank you for always going far and beyond as my children were worried about my physical health and they appreciate you ladies so much too.
