DISGUSTING organisation. Kris and another English woman of who' name i can't remember are an absolute DISGRACE. I went here for help and immediately was treated like a monster, like I was the problem. You have blood on your hands. Really hope you sleep well at night. You have destroyed my life, my hopes and dreams, destroyed my future and destroyed my family. You couldnt have cared less if I had lost my life at the time. You betrayed my trust. Because of you, I have completely lost faith in any kind of mental health service. In the future, I will suffer in complete silence and I no longer can trust any of you.

You're probably used to dealing with feral degenerates, but your lucks ran out, because you've messed with the wrong family. This WILL be taken further.

Kris and pommy girl, you are less than bacteria. You aren't worth the blood that runs in your veins. Jesus wouldn't forgive what you do. The word evil does not even begin to approach the kind of SCUM that you are. Shame shame shame!

Terrible service, case management is terrible, case worker Dara constantly states any request from myself a previous client that my request where not in her job description, she did nothing, she had no idea at how to advocate for me, she passed my requests onto other workers, out side of Murnong. Psychiatrists changed every three months they never listened to me, I had a few good Psychiatrists but it was not constant. I had some good case workers but Overall they need to work on their case management services and their workers, they have no empathy, compassion, they don't listen, how they can call them self's a mental health organisation that is ran by the government or even meet regulation and standards of the mental health standards I am very surprised. Housing worker very good, did what she could and supported me where she could and whin her limits of the housing sector and beyond. But the rest of Murnong staff a terrible to work with especially when you have a mental health condition. I am so happy not to be in their care anymore, and if anything my case worker stressed me out more than help me, if I were you and were looking to go there for care I would look somewhere else as you deserve to be well looked after and you wont get it at Murnong. Housing worker will help you yes but no one else will

No help what so ever both times I've been. If you have mental health issues id suggest staying away from them.
Pathetic service

Called about a needle & empty alcohol bottles up against their fence, they told me it's not their issue since it's council property, as a health provider I'm saddened by their response & their approach to how the public perceive them & how much they seem to care about the general public's health, there is a child care & early childhood services two doors away, but it's not their issue if a child or member of the public steps on it.

The last time I was here I had a consultation with Alice and Jason. I had to get a shot and was petrified of the needle. Jason helped me to overcome this by speaking to me in a casual, super friendly, caring and laid back manner. Both Alice and Jason were fantastic. They were so easy to get along with and made the whole experience far less daunting. I have visited community clinics in other areas before. I can guarantee you that this clinic is far more friendly, staff are more personable and understanding then the others.

Terrible system at murnong.
Had been referred by Ballarat, after having bad side effects from medication I was on they denied the fact it was the medication even though I knew it was.
Then refused to put me on an alternative medication.
Needed a mental health review form signed and they refused to sign the form leaving me in a bad situation.
When speaking with one of the employees about the form he rudely and abruptly kept repeating NO, NO, NO. Leaving me in distress.
Just to add how much this facility is so unprofessional Everytime I ring reception
She calls me Bethany or Jessi or some other name.
Absolute rediculous.
I am a good person and deserve to be treated like a human being.

Had an appointment here once and the staff especially team leader were extremely judgmental and not open to discussion of future change

Was a good clinic until my previous case manager back stabbed me and sending me to court trying to take my weekly payment away.

I read the report paper work and it was highly and I mean highly exaggerated.
