Munchkins Talent Agency

Not recommend it at all. After the initial interview, we never heard back from any of the people from the agency, we did not get any castings, the contract finished and they didn't even send us an email after the year. When they sent us emails about possible opportunities they did not let us know the outcome once castings were closed. I would never use this agency again, waste of money.

The kids are loving being a part of the agency so far. They’ve been put forward for a fair bit quite quickly after starting. My little one has done his first job which was loads of fun. They are very organised snd Grace is so quick to respond to any questions I have.

Such a professional and personal agency. Always put the safety of the kids as top priority and I always felt like my daughter was their only client. Highly recommend.

Very disappointing. Wouldn't recommend for anyone perth based.so castings for the whole year. I did get some great photos of my child which I paid $500 for.but that is where it stopped.

Very thorough, professional, and helpful. Couldn’t recommend Grace and her team highly enough!

Whilst I understand the industry is tough, especially during a pandemic, I felt like we were just a number.

I appreciate your call regarding my review, as mentioned I find it ironic that the only time you called me was in fact, just to discuss my review. And finally addressing your statement below: “We are sincerely sorry if you feel slighted that we chose not to review your child’s representation” I think this clearly outlines to potential parents to stay away from your agency. Whilst you notified me that you had extended my ‘child’s profile’ after the set terms, we decided not to continue with your agency. So your above statement is invalid & out of date.

Shout out to the team at Munchkins representing my 2 boys - thanks for your patience and guidance. We had our first self-test and we had no idea what to do. My 9yo and 11yo booked their first job recently and had such a brilliant experience at the shoot. We are new to this industry and had no idea what to expect but the Munchkins team was incredibly responsive, professional and helpful. Thanks for the care, support and encouragement!

My 3 children have been with Munchkins for a few years and have loved it. I have always found the team to be professional and friendly, especially Grace who we have mostly dealt with. The industry is competitive and people should not go into it with false expectations - the “look” clients go for changes so of course there is no guarantee of work and should be treated as more of a hobby. The shoots are run as they would for a professional job so it makes sense that only one parent can attend and should not clutter the space with prams etc. Great job Munchkins.

My daughter is doing a weekly mentoring program and the sessions have been fantastic.jam-packed with practical tips and guidance for self-tapes and mastering scripts. Seems like I had the same experience as most others. Wish I saw these comments before I signed my child up. Same story as many of the others regarding the photo shoot, lack of professionalism and lack of opportunities. Please do your research before signing. I definitely feel like I have been swindled out of a few hundred $$$.

A poor experience. Felt more like a scam, if anything. Plenty of contact up until we paid the $395 'talent application' fee, then one timeslot offered for a photoshoot, at a studio location with limited space, told only one parent was able to attend, no prams, and not to come earlier than the scheduled time. Asked to pay a further $95 to receive the images on a USB. Then after that, only received email contact for the next 12 months. 8 x cut/pasted emails saying that they've submitted our child for work - but a constant reminder not to call their office. Even the client names on the emails seemed dubious and were fairly generic, like 'mixtape', 'vis', and 'general submission'. Having said that, the staff in the early stages were lovely, and quite obliging.up until we paid the fee. We've naturally decided not to extend our representation.
