Brilliant Company to deal with, measured to perfection, built to perfection and installed effortlessly. Really good to hear the installer compliment his coworker on a job well measured. Installed in no time at all, cleaned up and was on his way. Quality of the door is fantastic, turned a not so secure apartment into a fortress. Will use this company again and I highly recommend them.

Dealing with this company has been nothing less of a disappointment. No basic customer service skills, no replies to numerous emails over nearly a two month period, when phoned the front desk person was unable to provide a coherent explanation of the door installation delay and was rushing to hang up saying "time to move on". It is surprising how a company can have such an ignorant attitude towards customers. I regret this experience. I would have gone with another company and paid more had I known.

I had investigated a range of security doors from a number of suppliers but none of them were able to match the quality, service and especially the price of the products available from Multifit P/L. I required sliding doors which were larger than normal and this was not a problem for Multifit. I was pleasantly surprised when the price was about 18% less than that available from other suppliers and the quality was as good as any other offerings. The service provided by the staff in the showroom and Simon, the installer, was first class. Despite placing the order in late November 2020 Multifit was true to its word and manufactured and installed the doors before the Xmas holiday season closure. I would strongly recommend Multifit to anyone requiring security doors. Well done Mulifit, 10 out of 10.

The whole process was so simple and all round lovely! Gabrielle was happy to answer all of my 101 questions promptly and was extremely helpful. I had trouble deciding on a colour so a whole range of samples were sent to help me decide on the final colour! Someone came and measured everything up and the quote came through very quickly.
The door was able to be installed whilst I wasn't home - the area was left tidy and the door itself looks AMAZING! We are so happy with the final product and it complements our home beautifully.it's extremely sturdy and well made.
So so so happy, would recommend (and already have!) Multifi to anyone who needs a security door installed!

Recently had a security door installed. From the office staff to the measurement and installation I could not be more impressed. In our current difficult situation they made the process smooth and easy.
If in the market for their product I would definitely recommend them.

I purchased a security door from Multifit Security Doors in good faith but literally within 18 months of purchase, the paintwork has begun to peel off. So extremely disappointing considering the door itself cost in excess of $1000. What made matters worse was the way my concerns were dealt with from the receptionist, laughing and belittling me and claiming that l did not ‘care’ for my security door ie: deep clean it on the weekly which was why in ‘her’ opinion the paintwork has begun to peel! I take great pride in my home and was astounded with her accusatory remarks. The owner wasn’t at all helpful either, offering to repaint my door but that l would have to foot the bill. Never again will l purchase through this company and strongly urge anyone to consider other options before buying through Multifit Security: (

Price was great as we have an unusually large door. Door was ready earlier then initially expected and the man that fitted our door was lovely and did a great job.

My next door neighbour had Multifit install their security doors so I decided I would ask for a quote. I am so glad I did - Georgie in the office is very pleasant and organised - the whole process went very smoothly. Simon did the installation of my doors and he was great.
