I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Morgan and I must commend Morgan for her exceptional service. From the moment I entered the store, Morgan was attentive and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. Her knowledge of the latest fashion trends and her keen eye for what suits the customer is truly impressive. Not only did she help me choose the perfect outfits, but she also provided valuable advice on how to accessorize them. Morgan’ s professional and friendly demeanor made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend Mulberry, especially if you have the good fortune of being assisted by Morgan.

We visited the Mulberry store in Chadstone during the Black Friday sale period. Despite knowing we were only in the market for window shopping that day, Tiffany provided exceptional customer service throughout our visit. She was very welcoming and personable, and more than happy to for us try multiple bags. I'd highly recommend Tiffany and the Chadstone team for anyone in the market for Mulberry goods.

Worst shopping experience ever. It’s been 3 months I’ve been waiting for my product, still no updates from them. The worst part is non of the girls (except an Indian lady) can communicate properly in English. Never going there again.

No customer services for prepaid orders. Waited for the bag for more than half year, sent the collection message to wrong phone number, and no bag for me when I asked. No explanation, Mulberry doesn’t know where is the bag. And fool me again saying will be in two weeks, I waited for another month for nothing. Just let me to refund. Still no explanation. Very bad bad customer services. Never gain for this brand and for this store.
