My first purchase with Mulberry was with Mona at DFO South Wharf. I didn’t know much about the brand and I was feeling a bit unsure because of most luxurious store I have been into over the years. They seemed to always be uptight, and some time hardly ever say hello or want to help.

Mona was so helpful. So understanding and patient with my constant change of mind. Give her honest opinion and never seemed annoyed no matter how many bags I asked to tried on.

She always kept me up to date with my orders and what to expect. Only ever dealt with Mona since. Personally won’t go to anyone else or other store. Mona customers service is superb. Had dealing with loads of luxurious Brand the past 10+ years and I can confidently say that she is one of the best, if not, the first one I ever come across.

Mona is amazing and very professional! ! I had to send my bag for repairment. She consistently updated me about where my bag is and how much progress has been made whenever she could. She also answered to my enquiries very professionally.
What's more amazing is Mulberry cleaned and polished by bag without charge. My bag is looking very shiny:)

Visited the store and was served by Angelina, who helped me pick a lovely gift for a family member. I was so impressed with the customer service, Angelina was so patient and very helpful. The gift was perfect. Would shop here again!

So as the cat is out of the bag, the franchisee of Mulberry Australia, Luxury Retail No. 1, is now under receivership.

I did a purchase last week and was told the pre-order will take 4-6 weeks. Today I received a mail from Mulberry and was surprised to learn the news that it's under receivership.

This is my first purchase from Mulberry and my first experience with luxury brand. Reading the reviews of Mulberry on Google I notice other angry customers who have had problems about the "pre-order" since Jan 2022. I did some further search and found out the troubled past of SneakerBoy, which is owned by the same group, has gone under administration.

I'm not sure what Mulberry can do to rebuild the confidence of the Aussie customers. I'll patiently wait for the order as the email has assured that Mulberry UK will honour the order. I hope all of you would have received the same email as I did and I wish your purchase will arrive eventually.

(P. S. I did the purchase from this store. Staff was super helpful and cheerful. I wish the staff all the best. The 1* is for the franchisee who presumably have not been honest about the company situation)

Purchased a bag back at the start of April 2022. Was promised it would take 4-6 weeks for me to receive my item.
It has been over 5 months and there has been a lack of communication and mixed messaging (at first I could receive a refund, then silence when I provided consent to start the refund process, and now they're telling me I'll be able to pick up the item in the store despite them telling me the bag would be sent to me when it was ready).

Very frustrating experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

I have purchased a bag in this store last week, made the full payment and got told that bag will be posted to me with updated information. It's already been a week and I have not heard anything either from customer service or store, no emails, no phone calls. I tried to call the store with the number listed on the website, but never got answered! Very disappointed with this purchasing experience and won't buy this brand again!

Amazing experience always, loved the customer service offered by everyone, especially Vicky, Emma and Echo.

I got served by Emma and Echo on Christmas Eve, as my bag needed to be exchanged due to change of mind and these lovelies sorted it out with utmost dedication and useful advice:)

The customer service professionals are very helpful to choose the right product, throughly pleasant to seek customer guidance.

Highly recommended!
