Muffin Break Northland

I was there today at 4pm. And the woman who seems to be the manager or supervisor was very rude, her attitude instead of being welcoming was very unfriendly and impolite. I was even the only customer at the moment, but it looks like she was rushing me out of the restaurant.

Mandy and the team always provide the very best friendly service. The coffee and muffins are great. Nothing beats starting the day with a smile, so well done everyone. I'm looking forward to my next coffee, all the best!

Excessive wait time for Uber orders, drivers lose money waiting at restaurants. Will be spreading the bad news!

This establishment is always friendly and works hard to make its customers happy. Excellent coffee and food and service. Always come here when I'm in Northland.

All the lower star ratings are old and outdated! I love going to Muffin Break every morning I can before work:) The staff are absolutely lovely, their food is delicious and the hot chocolates I buy are the best of the best! I could not recommend this place enough <3 Thank you all for the wonderful work!

This is the best muffin break I have been to. In terms of friendly and polite customer service and getting orders perfect it tops them all. The guy who served me today had a great customer service ethic and even though they were flat out, still managed to make everyone feel like a valued customer. The cherry and feta tart I had was delicious and had a nice crisp crust. The coffee just the right strength and perfect temperature. The pear, apple and cinnamon muffin was lovely and very fresh. Also, unlike certain other muffin break stores (Bendigo comes to mind) they were open when they were supposed to be and according to advertised hours. If I could give more stars I would!

Dude that works here didn’t wash his hands after going to the toilet at Northland in his uniform.

Service was fantastic! Food and coffees not bad either, but it was the friendly helpful attitude of the staff that made an average breakfast an actual joy

Always get great service here even though they are always busy. The vegan pie was great, I liked the pastry and the filling was very tasty. Love their double shot soy latte. Very consistent every time. And I appreciate the little things, like how the pie and coffee were ready at the same time so both were nice and hot.

I thought the cold and clearly old sausage roll that was as hard as a rock was bad.but then. I will stay right away after a food poisoning type of event.

Shirley and the team are wonderful, always get a great cup of coffee and muffins when i buy them

Rude customer service
Dont get what u ask and pay for then when u ask them to give u what u wanted they then tell u it not available. Tell me it not available before l pay for it

Old lady with red lipstick (who I’m assuming is the manager) - stop overcharging customers. Terrible customer service.
