Ordered iced coffee and caramel latte have here, they come in takeout cups. Iced coffee was very bitter. Also got a toasted croissant (wasn't even toasted) and a muffin (which they forgot about). Will be going elsewhere next time
Ordered for eat-in and received drink in a plastic cup with a plastic straw. How hard is it to wash a milkshake cup? It's 2019, our planet is in crisis and you're just being lazy.
Gone down hill lately, had to put a milkshake in the bin my granddaughter could not drink it said it’s was like water, when I tried it it it was so sweet and watery I put it in the bin, and two days before got 3 coffees only to put them in the bin as well, did inform the staff but not interested.been going there sometime know so I know what they used to be like.
Grab my morning coffee and they always have a smile and the best part is they always remember what I drink. They also make the best Danishes. OMG so hard to say no. Sensational service
