Nearly every time I buy something there the price I pay is more than the ticketed price. And when I say something to them the answer is ' we have had 3000 price increases and haven't had a chance to change it. ' Please get your act together and loose the attitude.
Prices are already higher than other retailers.
A retail tip; change the price on the shelf first before you change the price on the computer.

The store always has what your after, just have to ask some times. Staff also do a wonderful job

Staff doing their best under trying Covid restrictions. Give a more personal service than you woukd find at a Bunnings.

Smallish hardware shop, understandable considering the location.

Really disappointing customer service, very unfriendly and unwelcoming staff. Will be going into Geelong from now on just based on customer service alone.

What a fabulous place. The Staff are so knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. Amazing gifts in stock. Everything and more you could want in a Hardware Store and prices are better than the big Hardware Stores. I will be going back and I highly recommend.

Local good range for urgent needs, but prices are not cheap.
If I need now I'll get, but cheaper available in Geelong

Spend your time and money by driving into Bunnings.

Just paid $49 for box of bright framing nails. Absolutely ridiculous! Retail $22 - $30 anywhere else! What a joke will never walk back through their doors
