Went on a Saturday afternoon. The food good and the venue was large. The regional wine recommended wasn’t the best but the atmosphere was well suited for our group. High tea looked like a better location with nice views to suit.

The wine was lovely and just what I love from a Moscato. We order a gluten free bread and 3 dips as an entree- very nice and enjoyable.
Main meals for lunch were
Gluten free roasted mushroom and roast pumpkin pizza along with a roast lamb pizza. I had calamari salad beautiful ️. The coffee was enjoyable.well worth the effort and time to finally go there.

First visit to Mt Dunned Estate, and won't be the last.
Great food, great staff and great service.
Extensive amount of wines to choose from. Plenty of parking. Restaurant is of a substantial size. Look forward to going back again.

I'm not reviewing Mt Duneed Estate as a winery, rather this is a review of the estate as an outdoor concert venue. The setting itself is beautiful and the property has a natural amphitheatre which provides the audience with excellent views of the stage no matter where you are seated. I recently saw Midnight Oil play a show here for A Day On The Green and the stage and sound were excellent. In fact, for an outdoor concert it was one of the best sounding concerts I've ever heard. The only thing that let down the experience was the car parking situation. We had pre purchased a car park pass online and upon entry were guided through to a huge open field and parked. The car park itself had no visible markers or signage to recall your vehicle location. It was still daylight when we entered and I tried my best to remember our park. When the concert was over it was dark and the entire audience exited on foot and we were guided back to the car park in the dark by staff waving neon batons. Once at the car park, many of us were walking around confused as to where our vehicles were. To make matters more confusing, we were guided without explanation to the South Car Park and realised our car was in another car park altogether! Once we had found the right car park we still spent 30 minutes walking around until we located our vehicle! Then we had no option but to sit in our car as it was a sea of gridlocked vehicles in a giant paddock all wanting to leave at the same time. The carpark only had one exit and was severely bottlenecked. To put this into perspective, Midnight Oil played their show from 8pm to 10pm, and we were exiting the carpark right on midnight! It was a 2 hour ordeal just trying to leave - and by the time we got back home to Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs, it was nearly 2am! All that is needed to correct this problem is excellent signage that is also visible at night. The car park needs to be divided into sections with names and clear signage. They also need to provide more exits which is achievable as they have the space to do so. You can't expect people to spend "a day on the green" but then another two hours trying to leave - it's ridiculous! My pro tip next time would be: CATCH THE BUS! These events are always well catered for by bus companies. The buses park closer to the stage and are the first to leave once the show is over. Also, you can enjoy a drink!

Wedding staff polite, well mannered.
Management needs to tweek the way that a wedding is run and consider being flexible and considerate.

On 20th March Saturday evening, that had arranged for Midnight Oil.
It's a sold out event for a cause. Nearly 15000 people attended the event.

Made a booking in October last year for this September. Was emailed a few days ago about a supposed booking I had end of Feb which they had cancelled as they hadn’t heard from me to confirm and when I advised them that I did not have a booking in Feb and mine was in September I was quickly told that they are closed Tuesdays now so change the date or find somewhere else. There was no sorry or apology given, simply too bad. I did send a reply email but that has been ignored. I understand that things have changed due to covid and that isn’t my issue, my issue is the lack of sympathy and not being informed that you are in fact closed Tuesdays now and I’m not even sure I would have even informed had there not been a mix up giving me little time to make other arrangements for 55 people. Perhaps better organisation and looking ahead in a diary when things change to let people know about any changes would be a good start.

We've handled transportation for many events at Mount Duneed Estate over the past few years and have always found them to be highly professional. They deliver a consistently great experience for their guests and our passengers and we've always been seriously impressed. Keep up the great work guys!

We had a very pleasant experience there. The staff members were friendly and service was very good. Good selection of wine and food and reasonably priced. I will definitely come back for more. Cheers!

Totally unacceptable - if a 2 hour wait in the car park post a concert is your kind of night - I encourage you to get to Mt Duneed Estate. Alternatively- head to an organised concert! Not recommended for anyone who wishes to be home the same weekend they attend a concert! Totally unacceptable and get your act together! Happy to discuss!

I have been here many times, the menu is limited but supports the rustic setting with great wine. Staff are generally attentive, and live music is a favour on the weekends. This is also an amazing wedding venue, and venue for any celebration.

Ordered the homemade po'boy style roll, disappointed. Tasted and looked like something you'd get from a service station for 5 bucks. The menu is inspiring but all on our table of ten agreed that the meals were poorly and cheaply executed.

Fantastic atmosphere with an area for children to play with indoor sandpit, blackboard wall and giant Jenna.
Menu wasn’t extensive but all the food was delicious. Guitarist singing in the corner and lovely wines made a wonderful Sunday lunch.

Great atmosphere and place to meet up with friends. Kid-friendly as well, as there’s a sandpit and lots of room for them to run around outside.

The food is reasonable, but not outstanding for the price. Biggest areas of improvement discussed at our table were the size of the pizzas. Everyone enjoyed the free wine tasting though!

As a customer and generally speaking, I expect people and particularly companies to keep their word and that of their staff.
Having called prior to arriving and going out of our way, we were told that we could use an Entertainment voucher on a long weekend (over Easter). Once arriving and having ordered, both the lady serving us and her manager stated that we couldn't and even repeatedly noted that the terms exclude Public Holidays and the long weekend. If that's the case and it's known by all staff as is expected from all customers, why were we told differently over the phone, when calling in advance to clarify?
Aside from this poor start to our lunch, the food was ok, beer average and setting simple.
