On Friday 7th July 2023 I purchased a Gigabyte GeForce GT 710 2GB Graphics Card (N710D3-2GL-V2) for $63 plus Express Postage of $13 but I never received it since I don't have a Parcel Locker and they are refusing to refund me so I avoid using this company since they are thieves. I would recommend using Centre Com.

I was looking for a receipt from several years ago to help with a Samsung RMA. Not expecting to have much luck, I shot MSY an email to see if they could dig it up.

Bingo! Gabrielle was super prompt and helpful, it took a bit of searching, but they got me a copy quicker than I could have expected.

I have been to this store a few times but will not be going back. I went into the store to ask some advice on an enclosure for an M. 2 drive a friend had given me.

I understand that putting such a fast drive into a sata enclosure will throttle the speed but I was told what I needed was an external drive housing. I said no and that I wanted to create 1tb SSD for an internal drive out of my gifted M. 2 ssd. I then got asked why would I want to do that?

I certainly didn’t want to just buy another SSD as I already had one given to me. I just wanted a bigger internal drive that wasn’t a HDD. The price of the M. 2 to sata enclosure was only $15 and the salesperson wanted me to buy a $40-50 external enclosure.

I arrived here late in the day with my pc suffering a suspected damaged power supply. The young men here immediately checked my pc, replaced and repaired it and I was on my way within about 30 minutes. My pc is essential to my business, I was beside myself with worry, but the boys here took care of everything in a prompt and friendly manner. I couldn't be more grateful, thankyou so much

I have always liked MSY and over the years they have resisted the temptation of pushing up their prices by spending too much on their shop fronts. A good and reliable PC supplier.

MSY strikes again! I bought their last 1tb NVMe SSD they had in stock. Turned out to be DOA.rather than give me a refund or replacement.they're sending me through a series of hoops and warranty procedures.

I bought an monitor from MSY yesterday. When I got home, I opened the monintor and realised it wasn't the one that I wanted because it was a different size.

I went in today to return the monitor and the sales staff told me there was nothing they could do for me because the seal was broken. I hadn't even plugged the monitor in and they refused to take it back.

Be very careful before purchasing anything from MSY. They have one of the worst return policies I've come across. Any other store I've bought computer products from has never had any issue returning the goods if there was an issue.

It's no surprise they only have 3 stores left in Victoria if this is how they treat their customers. I've had issues with their customer service in the past and it looks like nothing has changed. I'll never return to MSY again.

I've never had a problem, the staff are friendly, the prices are great, it's not too busy, easy parking. Highly recommend

The best MSY I've been to. No queue, no worries. After waiting at Mitcham for the assistant to stop talking to his friend and start serving people in line (25 mins, not joking) I'll be driving the extra 15 mins to this store each time.

Absolutely brilliant I went in to buy a part to upgrade my laptop. The salesperson queried my request and ensured I wouldn't make a mistake, thanks to his knowledge I was able to ensure I didn't damage my laptop.

Used to recommend this place heaps, had a terrible experience where a very expensive computer was "delivered" but nowhere to be seen. Called msy Dandenong, no answer after 30 mins and to this day im still waiting for a callback. Whoever first served me seemed nice and helpful but the supervisor (I think) he brought out had a huge attitude. The first thing he says to me after walking out the back is "what? ". I explain the issue and from the start hes giving me an explanation for why it's not their fault. I told him I dont care if he thinks it's my fault or his fault, I just want it fixed. The PC was in the back, I drove 40 min and already paid for delivery which was about to go through auspost regular after I've already waited 8 days. I just wanted to pickup the PC. He explained that normally they don't do that, and I explained customers shouldn't normally have to pickup a delivery item. After going back and forth for way longer than it should've been, he finally gave me my PC. No apology, just attitude from start to finish. I talked to the people I recommended msy to before, seems like out of the 3, none of them had a good experience.

When it come to tech this place is my first go to before the main tech places & there prices are so cheap. You slay just to make that coin why not save some buck.

Their online service and prices are second to none as are their stores. This is definitely the first place to look when you want anything PC related

Dandenong store phone never works, was on hold for 30 minutes before being told by an automated voice I will receive a call back, never got one.customer service sketchy.had to return a product for the second time as I still had faults, they no longer stock the faulty product, and im being told i will receive a refund in 1-3 business days, only after travelling into the store. Low prices not worth battling with the customer service.

Great staff, helped me diagnose and solve an issue with my PC. Have come back for all my PC needs for years for a reason

It was quick and easy to get my laptop. I had an issue with my laptop a few days later and they were really helpful in getting it replaced. They replaced it on the spot once I showed them the damage on the laptop. Really good customer service.

I recently dealt with Harris from the MSY Dandenong store and he was friendly, efficient and extremely helpful.

Just hopeless! They sent me the wrong motherboards then made me waste my business time taking them to a post office to return them. Then they waited to refund me until they returned to Melb. Not sure if you realise, MSY, as soon as you decided to "upgrade me" to a part that, a. I didn't order, b.could not use and c.wasted my time, the problem was yours. Not mine. Even if the boards had not arrived back in your warehouse, you still needed to refund me because it was your mistake!
