Great place to shop if you know what you are doing. These prices are literally the best in Victoria.

No stock and customer service is irrelevant.
MSY Pascoe Vale have no stock in most cases and no ETAs of stock even after weeks. They refuse to provide any inter store transfers to assist the customer even if stores in the same State have the item stocked. If no stores in the State have stock, for an exorbitant standard delivery fee of $14, the item is miraculously available.

Go to CPL stores (inc online) who have stock of the same item for virtually the same price and if it is out of stock, a store transfer can be completed in 2 - 3 business days or if you prefer you can pay the standard $5.00 delivery fee. MSY can't do any of this and charge a standard $14.00 fee.

MSY can learn from CPL regarding what actual customer service is and what customers expect. CPL is now my default store and MSY is off my list because they are not interested and do not listen to their customers.

I live 5mins away but buy all my computer needs from Centrecom in Sunshine. That should say a lot.

Competitive price, great customer service, very professional and frindly. Price for click and collect was cheaper than buying in store. They encourage customers to order online. Highly recommend

Recently bought 2 Kingston 480GB SSDs which I installed into two old laptops that ran extremely slow on hard drives. These SSDs were at a great price and had exceptional price to performance ratio and made the laptops run smoothly once again. I also bought a 2.5" Hard Drive Enclosure which worked great as well and helped convert old laptop hard drives into external hard drives that can be used as extra storage so that worked hand in hand. Thanks MSY!

EDIT: A few weeks back, I went to buy an 8gb 2666mhz stick of SODIMM RAM from my local MSY store to upgrade my laptop. I bought it at $50 which I thought would be the average market price for the stick. I went home and just out of curiosity searched up how much an 8GB stick locally cost me. I was surprised to find that scorptec was selling a 3200mhz 8gb kit from crucial for $35! I was disappointed that if another local store was pricing a higher quality stick for cheaper, than why was MSY charging 30% more for a stick that wasn't even as fast? And on top of that the staff told me that there was a no refund policy so I wouldn't even be able to return the ram if I changed my mind or anything else, whereas Scorptec has a strong refund and return policy in place. Going to scorptec from now on.

Absolutely, by far, THE WORST computer store to go to. I was running late and called up saying I would be 1 minute late and he flat out refused to stay open. Finally, I arrived 1 minute early and he had the audacity to try and refuse me. After a back and forth he told me to “Hurry up” and kept disrespecting me. I knew exactly what I wanted and it literally took 3 minutes! Terrible, terrible service I will never go back any MSY. Scorptec much more professional. Stay away from this place

Motherboard was having issues so I brought it here to return, but instead the helpful staff tested it for me with no extra charge, thanks!

It says open till 5.30 and drove down 1 hour to pick up my online order and the store is shut!

No social distancing. They let customers cram the store. I had to walk out as it did not feel safe.

Looks like a trade place, has lots of good computer gear at excellent prices. This shop is about getting it done, not glitz, glamour, or hype.

Although most of MSY Technology’s stores shutdown this one has to be the best to be up and running, there’s that same Chinese man with upmost respect and care for his customers. I Purchased a Ryzen 5 5800x at a reasonable price.

Parking was tight availability but stock and shop staff were great.

I love MSY stores. They don't waste money making them look flashy or over the top. They just sell quality products straight from the warehouse for affordable prices.

An excellent supplier of computer parts and consumables. Website data up to date and representative of stock. Quick and friendly service.

MSY is a great business to deal with if you need any hardware for your computer and you know a little about what you are doing. They can help with the rest of the info.and provide the parts at a great price. I have yet to find new parts cheaper elsewhere. The staff are always happy to help. It does get fairly busy at times though and you may need to wait in a queue so don't arrive 10 minutes before closing time.

Just bought a new CPU, motherboard and RAM from these guys and was a very pleasant experience. Customer service was absolutely top notch. They were very friendly and provided expert advice on the products.

I accidentally bought through the online store instead of click and collect which was easily rectified. I had an issue with the motherboard not starting, they were able to look at it and fix it within minutes. Turns out user error when building it myself.

Anyway if you want computer parts go to this shop!

Good gear cheap and great technical information. 2010 date may be even better today. Living In NE Victoria so dont get there often now!

Excellent customer service. Always polite. I highly recommend this store. One of the best in the industry. Very knowledgeable.

Updating this review for 2021. Brick and mortar stores are becoming a thing of the past, but this MSY store is truly an outstanding place. Helpful staff, especially after the purchase. Would definitely recommend.
