Attempted to produce a shareholders agreement for me. Quality of document, management of revisions, errors throughout, and the time delays meant we went elsewhere to finish the document. Tried to charge double than what was originally quoted, mainly for revisions due to their poor quality document. New legal advice ripped their document apart.

I normally don't do reviews but I am almost compelled to give five stars to Louise Wolff from MST Lawyers. I recently got them to review my finance disclosure and franchisee agreement. I was amazed to see the amount of effort she has put into it. It was so thorough. Then she took time in explaining all the clauses. She was so empathetic to whole situation and gave me good advice.
