My Door Still does not close properly they have had 3 attempts to fix it a little annoying after buying the best in the market?

MSD Melbourne Security Doors make the best doors in the market. I just love my new Crimsafe Designer Door it looks awesome. It not only looks good but feels so much more safer in my home.
I had to either put a whole new door and then a security screen, and thought to put all the money into a strong, great design, security screen on the existing front door.

I could not find anything that I liked on the market until I found MSD Designer doors and are a Crimsafe! Their designs are amazing they will not disappoint.

Note, there is a wait when you place your order, however it is worth the wait, so make sure you plan well your security screen.

We had front door and 4 sliding glass panel doors at the rear. The colour match was perfect. The installer was competent, dealing with the office was a pleasure and it looks amazing. From start to finish. MSD has been great to deal with. The sales guy was insightful and informative but not pushy. The installation of the Crimsafe door was quick and professional. The following installation by John and trainee Kevin for our sliding doors was highly professional, well-mannered and polite. John even noticed our Crimsafe door was not closing as well as it should and advised, that he would look into this before he left. He then, fixed it on his way out! I was going to raise it but was amazed that he saw it and flagged it before I could upon entry to our home. I've had a bunch of other installers in our new home recently to do window furnishings etc.and none of them has provided the level of care and professional service as John. Would highly recommend MSD and say you should request John for the installation.

We had our door installed by MSD Epping and have to say we are extremely impressed best quality security door on the market the sales staff are very helpful as we had lots of questions and where not sure which door would suit our purpose. When they came to measure we found our door frame was 16mm out of square so I was a bit worried about the gap’s being consistent as a carpenter myself I was going to fit the door but no, it was part of their service great one less job for me. The guys that came to install the door where very friendly and professional and where done in about 1/2 an hour and the door fitted perfectly. They also didn’t take a deposit and billed us once the door was installed. Overall fantastic service from start to finish

Ordered the security doors around the house. Took nearly 6 weeks to installed, didn’t fit, waited for another four week weeks, came to install the second time and didn’t fit now have to wait for another four weeks. Hopefully third time lucky!
The third time was lucky! Everything fit in nicely, installed by the co-owner of the company.

The installer, Tam, was an expert in his field and was able to ensure the security door was installed safely and securely and that there were no gaps to fill upon installation. He took great care in making sure the best possible outcome was achieved and we are so happy with the end result.
